Hello, I ordered the Blue Football Kit Face Pillow and the Snugzy Gift Box from you. First of all, the Snugzy Gift Box did not arrive at all — the product was delivered only in a thin plastic package instead of the gift box. Secondly, I created the Blue Football Kit Face Pillow exactly according to the required measurements so that it would cover the entire side of my head. However, it does not, and additionally, the other side is completely empty. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of your work. Please find the photos attached for reference.

Not funny or cute for babies faces, definitely try something where your face is framed, such as the penguin or panda design. This makes faces look very distorted . I would not recommend this but the other type I definitely would
