Snug Arvostelua 

We bought a sofa and foot stool a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. It is on the firmer side but that was described on the website so not unexpected.

Feels like good quality for the price we paid and delivery was very good.

Just one small niggle - we ordered samples for our sofa but they didn’t supply the colour that we were planning to buy our sofa in (you don’t request specific colours - you specify the sofa you’re interested in and they provide samples for all fabrics that sofa comes in). We just bit the bullet anyway without seeing a sample and I’d say the sofa is more grey than the Sage Green it was described as and looked in the pictures.

Other than that no complaints!

Ordered The Rebel in Taupe velvet. Beautiful shape minimalist sofa in gorgeous neutral colour. Great customer service from Carly before ordering, so much so I took a risk and bought it without sitting on it first. It is firm but very comfy so I am very happy. However it arrived with the wrong fixing bracket for the back part and took about a week and some chasing to get the new part. However they did offer a £50 refund so they redeemed themselves for the inconvenience.

So happy with my new Rebel sofa. The delivery was super quick, only 2 days, and the guys from Panther couriers were great. I have a smaller than average front door so needed a sofa that came in pieces. I was a bit nervous about the quality but I didn't need to be. I have a back issue that necessitated a better sofa. It's firm but after only a couple of weeks is starting to soften. It was so easy to put together, and the chenille type fabric seems to be holding up to my rather scatchy cat. Very happy customer.

The quality seems very exceptional and I can only speak about how it is a couple of weeks in, I’ll be back at a later stage to update, but so far I’m impressed!

Maybe 3 star is a bit harsh as I like the sofas, however it is much darker than the picture on your website so I find it misleading. It’s got a different shade and it’s a dark grey, almost towards blueish shade it is a nice looking sofa but the colour should be matching what’s advertised. Also, the seats slip a lot especially with the 3 seater sofa as they’re not wide enough and don’t fit tightly inside the frame so there is a gap in the middle of the sits maybe it’s not obvious when you just look at it but if you sit on it and place your feet where the gap is, your feet will just go inside that gap. 2 seater is made better and the gap isn’t present it fits tightly and doesn’t slip as much.

Wow! Amazing! Incredible! I can’t rate my new Snug 3-seater sofa highly enough. I even managed without any issue to assemble it - that’s how easy it was and I’m not young! It’s comfy, cosy and the first time I lay out on it to test the comfort, I fell asleep. The colour I chose, light grey is very contemporary and the fabric is soft to the touch. Can’t rate highly enough.

Sofa arrived with a damaged leg. 7-10 days to send one leg! Yes you have nothing to sit on for a week and a half. The rebel sofa is very uncomfortable hard and a very short base you feel like you’re going to slip off. Tried to return it! Yes that’s £75.00 and have u got the boxes? No - oh that’s £150.00. I read there’s a trial period but somewhere in the small writing is this extortionate charge. Save your money and DO not buy a sofa on-line. The representative I spoke to was nonchalant and uncaring. Do not waste your money. The reviews on their site are made up.

Buying and delivery was easy but after sales is simply poor. For someone spending on 3 sofas and requesting for replacement damaged feet over 2 weeks from delivery is simply bad customer service in my view.

I wrote a complaint and still no response or acknowledgement

Quality is excellent. Packaged perfectly for transportation. I am so pleased with my purchase and it was so easy to put together.

Delivery of sofa was seamless, live in 2nd floor flat and brought upstairs.
The sofa itself is amazing, so nice. People say you have to push the cushions back all the time which you do but I don’t find that a problem it’s still an amazing sofa. Very comfortable not hard at all, I was dubious about it coming in pieces but easily put it together myself and can take it with me wherever I go. It’s very sturdy and you wouldn’t know it comes apart. I would highly recommend snug and I don’t know why all sofas don’t come like this. I’ve lived in house and had to leave the sofa and had to take windows out to get them in. Snug takes all the worry away but delivers on quality also

We are really pleased with our new sofa, super comfy and looks great! The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the assembly - 95% of it was super easy but the tricky part was a problem. We bought a chaise sofa which involves aligning three different elements and pushing them together (very forcefully) all while you can’t actually see whether two of the elements are aligned or not! The rest was very easy and their how to videos were good, except there isn’t one for this specific type of sofa so there was no extra information that we could find on this difficult element (lots on the other sofa types). I do wonder if there’s no assistance video because it is very tricky and doesn’t go with the ‘simple’ vibe. But this aside (and we did manage to assemble the sofa) we are really happy. The purchase was easy, delivery was simple (we have a small entry way to the house so the modular sofa was ideal!) and we absolutely love our new sofa. I would highly recommend Snug but just forewarn anyone getting a chaise sofa that the assembly is not as simple as the other sofa types.
