I ordered it in January. 4th still never received it have a fight taking them to get a refund. I would not recommend anyone buying from this place

Finally received led collar. Took ages but only because held up by couriers in Netherlands.
Collar already in use and delighted with product.

Would highly recommend this company. Although I had a problem with my order they were very easy to contact, very helpful and very quick to sort the problem. Great customer service. Would definitely purchase from here again.

This is a brilliant company and through no fault of their own they gave me a full refund. They also replied to any email that was sent to them straight away. I will re-order from them in the New Year.
