Snowtart is an snowboard store that was formed in 2011. Frustrated with so few stores in the South East outside of London we started our own! We stock snowboards from Capita and Libtech as well as Union Bindings. Our clothing range includes ColourWear, 686, ThirtyTwo and Westbeach. We offer next day free shipping to the UK on all products and dispatch worldwide. All UK orders placed by 4pm are usually sent the same day and most mainland UK orders are delivered next-day. We aim to give all customers a great experience whilst shopping with us.

Not notified about stock issue cancellation and no reply to email

Ordered some snow trousers on Tuesday the 7th and delivery time was meant to be 1-3 business days which suited me as I needed them the next week for a ski trip.

After 3 business days I emailed them (on Friday) as I had not got an email saying they had been dispatched so thought there might have been a problem. I replied to the confirmation of payment email (sent by their support email address so I assumed this was the best way to email them) asking when the item would be dispatched as I needed them for the next week. I didn't get a reply so on Tuesday (today) I rang them up and found out there had been a stock issue and they weren't coming. They said they had notified me by email but I have double checked and there was no email about it.

I understand that things happen but since they didn't notify me the order wasn't coming and I only found out a week later by ringing them, I now don't have time to order others so I'm going to have to by some out there which is going to cost me. Although from the other reviews (if they aren't all fake) it seems like this kind of service isn't usual and I got unlucky. Just make sure you ring them rather than emailing them
