This company feels like a scam!
I purchased a mattress through wowcher.
I received 2 separate text messages with delivery details and times for the following morning also being told I would receive a call from the delivery driver 20 minutes before delivery.
I received no phone call or the delivery, I replied to both text numbers asking for a update, one replied with 'check outside ', I also emailed the contact details from wowcher with no reply from there.
I cannot seen to find any other way of contacting the merchant, extremely disappointed

I ordered i Mattress from this company via Wowcher and dead silence they have taken the money from Bank account and i have had nothing but Radio Silence since.
I have been in touch with the Company Wowcher and reported this to them but all the say is to contact the Merchant.
so nothing i can not afford this loss but i have no way of getting any Help.
I see form their website that this Company is uo for Sale and that they only bought the Name so it never a company from i can make out.
But that Wowcher must not have checked them out before they added them to the wowcher list of reliable companys.i still suffed a financial loss throuhg no fault of my own

Absolute shambles of a company!!! Ordered a memory foam was sent the wrong one. Left voicemails and emails all completely ignored!!! Was given a time slot between 2pm and 5pm!! No one turned up. Took day off work unpaid. No one turned up!! Then got a call at 20:25 saying. They would be 5 minutes!!!!! Unacceptable delivery service. Sent wrong item and completely ignorant!! Disgusting company!!! Need refund immediately!!!!

As Leane A says, this is a subscription scam. I purchased 2 pillowcases, at a ‘discounted’ rate of £19 each. By purchasing at the ‘discounted’ rate, you are opting in to the Snoozy Collective, £19 a month (it actually says $19, but I was charged £19). The ‘benefits’ of said collective are discounts on future purchases!!! The information is in the small faded print underneath the shipping details. Absolutely designed to mislead for financial gain.

When you buy a pillowcase, not sure about other items, they trick you into setting up a subscription, not sure what it’s for- they’ve sent no email giving me the details thus making it difficult to cancel the subscription. After my first payment of £29, I have been charged another £19 and then another £19 two weeks later so it’s not even a monthly subscription. The subscription is a complete scam.

Packaging was super cute, and delivery was faster than expected. Will be ordering a second one for travel!

These satin cushion covers are perfect. They’re smooth and feel incredible to rest on!

Hope I was able to keep this gem under wraps a bit more!

Asked for an update on my order twice and no one has bothered to come back to me

Dreadful. No contact from them. I had to Email them for a update to be told there was a fire and my order had been cancelled.still waiting for refund

No communication at all. Cancelled payment.
