I purchased a Master rubber kit for a 66 S-type. The advert implied everything was included, it was not. When I phoned to query this I was told I would have to pay for the additional £20 worth of rubbers. Having done this I expected two additional rubbers but received three, all un-marked with no codes. I am having them professionally fitted at the end of the month and will not know if I have everything I need until then.
Fact: They should state clearly what is included in their kits and cease to claim it is a master kit unless it includes everything.

We need to assure correct part is forwarded. This time it could easily been done by comparing the parts physically….
Time and cost must be a priority…
Wrong part number received twice. Return. Norwegian Custom import cost for these parts approx «100 pound» Return of wrong parts also expensive. It is vital that Barretts know the individual car they are dealing with and use of correct correct Parts catalog/Serial number valid for the individual car you are dealing with.
I would like to return the wrong parts and get credit for them. Does Barrett’s have a rutine that get guid me on how this is done? Brgds-Mr.Tord Holen (Norway)
