The incorrect item was delivered, and I've received no instructions on how to return it.

I still have not received my order. It was supposed to arrive before 15th July. It's now 28th July. Still nothing.

Excellent service

DO NOT order from these people - who are based in France. Because of this returns are very expensive and you will also have to pay customs duty. Their customer service is non existent and they definitely do not want to be of any help,
It will cost you more for postage than the shoes themselves - unless you know exactly what you want

I purchased a high value waterproof jacket (over £230), which was a good price for the item. The website says sneakin.co.uk and promises fast delivery. There wasn't any obvious indication that it was actually a French company (or based in France). The delivery wasn't fast but did come in about 10 days by FedEx. Unfortunately the item was just too small so I began to look into exchanging it for a size up. 1) they don't do exchanges, so you have to return, wait to be refunded and then make a new purchase. 2) they do not pay or contribute towards return shipping 3) they provide a form to return with the item but no label to print out and 4) the critical issue; they are based in France so when I tried to return the item I was quoted £13 for the postage and £89 of duties!! Basically almost half the original purchase price!! I imagine I could have told the post office that the item was only worth £5 and then maybe the duties would be nothing, but then if the item got lost it wouldn't be insured. 5) I emailed customer service who made no apology and refused to admit any fault or agree to help in any way. 6) I believe they are misrepresenting themselves online, which is illegal. All round a very expensive mistake buying from this company.

I recently bought two pairs of HOFF trainers from Sneakin.co.uk and the whole experience was fantastic. The website was easy to use, ordering was simple, and everything felt smooth from start to finish.
What really stood out was the service and delivery time. My order arrived incredibly quickly, much faster than I expected, and everything was well packaged. Both pairs of HOFF trainers were exactly as described and the quality is excellent.
