Bought things from this store several times, everything was relatively good. The only thing is that every time they sent the package to a random post office, it's good that at least in the right city. But this time everything is very sad. I placed an order on April 5, received a message that it was shipped a couple of days later. Almost a month later, I still haven't received anything, it is impossible to get in touch through any of the announced communication channels. It came out only through a direct message on Instagram, where it turned out that the goods are not in stock (none of the 5 in the order), although some of the goods are still sold on the website. They offered a 5% discount, despite the fact that the website is currently offering a 20% discount and they do not add up. They returned the funds only today, of course there is no question of any compensation for the double conversion. The bottom line is that I simply lent them my money for a month, spent a lot of time, nerves, and even flew in the red. Nice market, nice service, I do not recommend it to anyone!

Habe sehr lange auf die Lieferung gewartet. Meine Rücksendung: Keine Reaktion auf meine Mails, bezüglich meiner Rücksendung. Ich musste die Schuhe auf eigene Kosten zurück senden, da kein Retourpostlabel bei der Lieferung dabei war- in den AGBs steht, das man die Kosten der Rücksendung zurückerstattet bekäme(???).
Besser nicht !!! bestellen!!!

Necesito que me digan cómo devolver un artículo y no me están haciendo caso. Entré al formulario para devolver pero no me funcionó bien no sé por qué (no me llegaban los emails) y ahora no puedo acceder de nuevo!!! no sé cómo hacer mi devolución y en la página web apenas hay información!! y no me contestan los emails.

Espero respuesta lo antes posible porque, aun por encima que tengo que pagar la devolución yo, no puedo estar esperando a que no me contesten y se pasen los días hasta no poder devolverlo.

Habe eine Hose von Adidas bestellt. Sie nie erhalten. Verkäufer zahlt das Geld nicht zurück. Und reagiert auf keine Kontaktaufnahme. Habe jetzt Paypal eingeschaltet.

Habe zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt und eines davon unbenutzt zurückgeschickt. Leider habe ich nie mein Geld zurückerhalten, es wurde auch nicht auf meine Mails reagiert. Ich habe mich deshalb an die Verbraucherzentrale gewendet. Handelt sich um ein Betrüger.

Ho aperto una contestazione perché fortunatamente ho pagato con PayPal e sono stata risarcita il giorno stesso. Trovo assurdo che il sito sia ancora attivo

Schnelle Lieferung, Preis war sogar günstiger wie auf anderen Seiten! Wenn man etwas zurücksenden will, muss man es selbst zahlen solange kein Fehler vorliegt, aber dass ist bei mehreren Händlern der Fall. Schuhe sind original! War erst besorgt wegen den schlechten Bewertungen, aber bei mir lief alles prima!

Bought some Adidas Berlin trainers as struggled to get elsewhere in the uk. They were £96 and arrived double boxed within a couple of days and had good updates throughout. Really wasn’t sure what service I’d get following Brexit but no issues whatsoever and will definitely buy from them again

Habe 2 Jacken von the north face bestellt. Rückerstattung auf eigene kosten und nur eine Jacke erstattet bekommen, obwohl ich beide zurückgeschickt habe. Versuche seit einigen Wochen den Shop zu erreichen, leider ohne Erfolg. Paypal kann den Fall leider nicht bearbeiten habe mich jetzt an die verbraucherzentrale gewendet.
NIE WIEDER
Ich würde da kein zweites Mal mehr bestellen!!!

Awful awful company. Total false advertising and I would avoid at all costs. I purchased a jacket (a feather jacket) for Christmas for my husband. The website did say that you 'may' be asked to pay import charges. I received the coat and then requested a return within 24 hrs. Almost three weeks later (after the jacket was returned) I then received texts from Fed Ex demanding £135 for import fees. I thought they were scam texts but then started getting bombarded by emails, texts and posted letters demanding the money. After explaining I had sent the jacket back both sneakerstudio and Fed Ex said it has to be paid then I can 'try' to claim back from HMRC. This has left me suicidal. Charging me £135 to post basically feathers without giving me the option of whether I want to accept the jacket, without giving me any kind of hint as to how much import fees will be and then threatening legal action if not paid is just an outright scam. This sort of practice is nothing short of extortion and bullying. Sneakerstudio need to be clearer about the type of fees and tell customers that they will be threatened with legal action if it's not paid and that you don't get a choice to take the goods with the fee as the fee pops up weeks after you've had it. I'm now having to try to get money back from HMRC. avoid this company at all costs or you'll end up with a ridiculously huge bill regardless of whether you keep the item or not.

Habe mir Doc Martens bestellt, die mir zu gross waren. Die Rücksendekosten von 6.99€ wurden nicht zurück erstattet. Das Geld wird im Voraus bezahlt,aber die Rückerstattung dauert 14 Tage! Also gut überlegen, ob man sich dort was bestellt.

I really hate the dishonest people who run this company. I found their website using a Google search by searching for a specific product. I was having real difficulties finding the shoe in the correct size on all other websites so I assumed it was an end of line/discontinued item. The price was advertised in $ and we live in Australia so it didn't seem too cheap for a discontinued item. I purchased the item and was absolutely shocked to see we were charged in USD. At no point in my experience on the website did I get asked which currency I wanted to be displayed, and more importantly, at the final checkout there was no indication that we were being charged in USD. I contacted the company to complain about the excessive $56 charges and they just blamed the bank for conversion fees. I told them it was the fact that we were never informed that the charges were USD, but they insisted that I had to choose a country/currency when on their site. So I went back through the whole ordering process and took screenshots of every step to show them that I was never asked about currency and never shown it was USD and they have completely refused to take any ownership of it and refused the refund of the difference that we didn't expect to pay. Any other websites I have used always shows the charging currency at some during the payment process. I really don't know how people can sleep at night knowing they are deliberately cheating their customers. The customer service is awful and the people behind the website are deceitful. Don't support them.
