Great customer service
Great customer service. With bad weather in the area and the ongoing pandemic, it would have been very easy to just expect the me as a client to deal with the fact that my order ran a little late. Instead, S-T-S was very interactive with me, and let me know when my order would be arriving. They really went the extra mile and I am very thankful!

Took near 2 months to rcv the order.
The last order I placed also took forever.

All videos DVD's are tested prior to shipping. It would help if you would contact us as to which ones and advise if you are using a PC to play them or DVD player. The delay was explained due to COVID and delayed editing. You were sent free DVD's as well to compensate for that. We apologize for the problems but we cant assist if you don't tell us about the issue.

Actually It was barely over one month as your order was placed January 13th. We notified everyone of having COVID via email. Your book was shipped via a second package due to delivery not taking place here during quarantine. We apologize for the delay but it was simply beyond our control.

Great people I had a question about my order and called them no one was there so I left them a message and they really called me back a few hours later answered all my questions and I did receive my order a few days later. And yes the traps are exactly what they say they are top notch I will be ordering from them again

Very informative. I learned a lot, in a short period of time. Timer should be easier to stop if your study is complete, so you can move on.. now I just have to wait for the season to start.
