Snap Fitness UK & IE Arvostelua 

I recently started up my membership at Snapfitness Andover having only 2 days available in a busy schedule.
On Wednesdays at peak time there's a class that takes up the whole workout area on the 1st floor. I wasnt made aware of this when signing up. The first Wednesday this happened I was told to leave my workout early, I asked the trainer where can I stretch, and he rudely said the stairwell. When I questioned this he said take it up with management.
I use the first floor for functional fitness I need for an injury. They now expect me to train there in a hostile environment.
Snap fitness think their terms and conditions supersede the Consumer Rights Act 2015, "no refunds will be given under any circumstances". They are unwilling to come to any compromise so I will have to take legal action.
Stating the obvious: i would avoid this gym.

I LOVE my local Snap gym. Everything a good gym should be - great classes, excellent equipment, great atmosphere, clean environment. Highly recommend...well 99% recommended. 1% because I don't want the secret to get out and then it gets too busy lol. But then, open 24/7 so I'll find a quiet time! 🤣

I’ve been a member of this gym for 1 year now and it’s been a fantastic experience. Joining a gym felt daunting and I was worried about not knowing what to do. The trainers at this gym are lush and take the time to welcome everyone. The classes are of high quality and have really helped me progress. I especially enjoy the women’s weightlifting club. The guidance in these classes have helped me with posture and given me confidence to try new areas of the gym which I wouldn’t have done before. The space is really great and always very clean, the gym brings in new and the latest equipment to try. The gym community is lovely, it’s a very friendly atmosphere and a pleasure to go there which has helped motivate me to keep going. I attend this gym 4-5 times a week and have never had a bad experience there.

Been a member for over 2 years now but I have noticed over the past few months that people are not bothering to scan their card to gain access to the building they wait for someone ( not staff ) to let them in, and without any staff in the building how can we tell if these people are actual members? Another thing is the lockers, the majority of them are forever locked with a padlocks even if hardly anyone is in the gym at that time, how am I able to keep my items safe and secure if this is happening? I enjoy this gym but these two issues are areoccurring alot now without anything happening, you have potentially people without a membership knowing no staff are in the building at certain times ringing the bell to chance their luck on getting in for free? Not a good look for someone that actually pays for a membership, should I just cancel my membership and try this myself? If no staff is in the building how would anyone know the difference and this is the issue am talking about, I understand people can forget their card but you need a member of staff in the gym at all times so it can get it resolved

The staff are absolutely fantastic and the facilities offered are really good, and are in good condition. The classes are also worth joining, the instructors are brilliant.

Also, as someone who is on the heavier side, I haven't felt uncomfortable in the gym ever, not doing a workout alone, nor in a class. They really do welcome everyone!

Steve Warne and his staff have created a very special ambience not only for serious and committed ‘gymrats’ but also for those who are seeking to maintain their health status and independence. Everyone there is very kind and helpful, very welcoming.
The Gym is extremely clean and tidy, very well looked after!
The classes they provide are amazing and so fun.
It has encouraged me and motivated me so much.

Always a warm, professional welcome. Excellent gym offering the best value for money, showers are spotless and very roomy. Great mirrors, driers and straighteners for getting ready after your workout .
Most importantly, great work out plans for anyone nervous about gyms.

It’s been my first year going to a gym and I made a perfect choice choosing Snap Fitness. It’s a very friendly space with supportive staff and PTs. But one great thing is that other gym users are always on hand to help out if needed. I would completely recommend this gym to everyone.

The gym is well equipped and the classes are run by consummate professionals in their field. However the staff are what make the gym friendly and welcoming. It is a very good place to spend time and feel relaxed and happy whilst exercising.

Getting repeat request to authenticate payment after the cancellation period.
Cancelled my gym membership at staple hill Bristol following the required procedure by emailing the club directly and relieved the confirmation email. Now getting repetitive emails asking to authenticate payment from Glofox. There is no option to reply to these emails. I have emailed the club again direly but as yet there is no resolution.

Great classes and it has everything i need!

I would normally rate higher as I have enjoyed my membership; facilities and equipment are good and gym is clean. However Saturday mornings are a nightmare and had caused me to previously pause my membership. There is one personal trainer who takes up the whole upstairs floor area for a session where he has a guy running up and down and between barbells that are stood on end which is also dangerous. Surely that workout could be done on the treadmill or even better, in the park! I find the PT rude and it is disrespectful to other members who cannot use the top floor.

I always enjoy my visits to Snap. Karen, on reception, always makes me feel very welcome and gives great suggestions for new exercises with fun games games to keep me motivated. 11/10 😀

Really good. Really good equipment. Everything you need is there. 24-hour operation, so you can train when you want, if you work. Private cubicle to change and shower. I would recommend it at one of the top gyms in Greenwich. Would be nice if they had a steam room or sauna room
