I was worried about the delivery since I stay in Northeast. I ordered Derma Co Aqua Gel Sunscreen and the LA colour eyeshadow palette, it did arrive on time. The packaging was also sealed and nothing was damaged. It's hard to find skincare apps that ship so reliably. Extremely happy with the purchase, will order again.

What I like most is the trial points system, it actually makes it easy to try minis before committing to fullsize products, which saves money and helps you figure out what works. My order arrived in about 5 to 6 days. The app is also quite easy to use when browsing new brands. It feels more like a discovery platform than just a regular shopping app, which I liked.

I recently bought the Dermaco Niacinamide Serum, Dot & Key face wash, and Vitamin C serum, and I am really happy with all of them. The products were of great quality and worked well on my skin. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the packaging was very neat and secure, which I really appreciated. I live in Bihar, and usually when I order from other apps, it takes around 8 to 10 days for delivery. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Smytten, as my order was delivered within just 3 days, making the whole experience even better.

Received a completely incorrect and unusable product (chinese prodcut), and despite immediate reporting with proof, the issue was denied without resolution.
Disappointing experience—poor customer service, no accountability, and repeated follow-ups over 4 days for a ₹140 order.

Fraud. They don’t send the products you order, instead send some expedited trials and customer care is not responsive or helpful. They are complete frauds

My experience with the Smytten app has been very disappointing. I ordered some products through the Shop section (not the trial section), but I received incorrect items.

Since there is no customer care number available, the only option was to raise a complaint through the in-app chat. The chat is handled by a bot, which created a ticket for my issue. However, the response I received was:
"Please note, the products have been dispatched & delivered correctly from our end."
This response was given without properly addressing the issue.

As a customer, this leaves us completely helpless because there is no proper customer support or escalation option in the app. The only place left to express the issue is through reviews. Interestingly, when a review is posted on the Play Store or other platforms, they immediately reply asking for the order number. But after sharing the details, there is no further response or resolution.

I have also sent multiple emails regarding this issue but have not received any proper reply or solution.

There are many better apps available in the market with proper customer support. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering from Smytten to avoid losing money due to unresolved issues.

Smytten is the worst app I used I got wrong products

Dear smytten its a last warning for u guys please reach out to me as soon as possible bcz i just paid for your trial packs and they are saying uts delivered how ? I want my money back or my parcel otherwise i will sue u i know were is your warehouse or something else

It's a lot happening in India. They are the cheaters on the name of trials. My main orders automatically cancelled by this stupid website and they have not refunded my money saying that it's a trial price.

I had placed an order for 2 sets (4 bottles) of roll-on. However, I initially received only 1 set (2 bottles). After raising a ticket, I again received only 1 bottle instead of 2 bottles.
Now I have also received a message stating that the issue “does not fall under policy guidelines.”
It honestly feels like a cheap marketing trick to send partial orders and deny valid claims.

I have ordered products worth Rs244 ,my money got deducted and order id not generated and i have also not received any refund.I contacted their customer care but no one is responding, also i sent mail to them but no response. Pathetic customer service.

Smytten is a scam site, never ever buy anything from Smytten.
They are misusing postal address to send un-ordered items on "Cash on delivery" modes. It is so common to order items in routine life that you often lose track of which item is enroute on a given day,

Unless you have a hard cognizance of 'what exactly is the item you ordered' you would mis-interpret this fraud order with a genuine order and typically ask your family member to pay them off via cash.
All these events happen in a rapid fire mode,

one day you would suddenly see a fraud SMS which would not specify the product details,,,,it will be generic in nature saying "your Ekart order will be delivered today ny 11pm, pin: xxx'...

Then about an hour later you would get a call from a delivery partner (eKart/Delhivery etc.) telling you that "sir i am from eKart and at your location for your order has arrived" at your home address usually (while you are outside your home, office mostly) & would ask you to pay cash on delivery.

Then you will start receiving repeat calls from the same delivery from your home location, urging you to quickly send someone to receive the item....upon their knock knock your family member from inside house might also get same version & then you will start receiving call from home too, asking you to pay or let the family member pay for this COD parcel.

To get rid of this sudden discomfort you would either pay the guy on their QR code remotely or else you will ask your family to accept order and pay them cash. End of the transaction !!

Once you reach home, you would find out that the order received is a junk delivery (an expired toothpaste box or a chemical bottle inside a well wrapped box) which you never ordered

I ordered from Smytten (Order ID: 11675146500044) and received a used face razor and a leaked keratin shampoo. I contacted support via email and Instagram multiple times since 16th April, but they have completely ignored me.
They even marked my issue as “resolved” without solving anything. No refund, no proper response.
Extremely disappointed with Smytten’s customer care.

Received a different product,when I raised a ticket they said it has been resolved without solving the issue.Total waste of money I'll never order again from this platform.

I am really really on cloud nine. I am literally on head over heels. Can't describe my happiness. Thank you SMYTTEN. You're products are amazing. Each & every product I received is toooooo good. I just ordered 4 trail products, and I received it with a lot of freebies. Literally, while I was unboxing yesterday, mum was too with me. I was telling her that except these 4 products , all others are free - she couldn't believe that. Firstly, I was toooo much afraid that they would send me an expired product or the things which are at the edge of death(near to expiry date😅) , But more products have atleast 2 years for them to get departed from this earth and others have utmost 3 years. Thank you Smytten. Really made my day and this was my first order. I was scared of online payment but for my 2 nd order I would really opt for online payment so I could save few more bucks, which I can spend on any other product. Cheap products at best quality 👍👍👍👍👍. Can't explain how much I am grateful to you Smytten. And of course i want to mention about your delivery service.the delivery date is 11/9 but unfortunately I was not able to receive at that time. But they have delivered me the next day without any HESITATION, thank you for that toooooooo. Loved your products, website, ur delivery service a lot 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I have placed multiple orders with smytten with trial packs. After which I placed my actual order worth 4300 INR. The box was small and I found 2 products missing in the box. I checked on the website and started whatsApp conversation. They recommended me raising a ticket in the app which I did with the images they wanted. They replied we will get back to you within 48-72hrs and that was on 2nd august. Today I remembered I did not get update on the ticket so I started the conversation again. Now the following are my disappointments:
1. They did not get back with the update on the ticket even after 72 hrs.
2. When I get back enquiring about the ticket they ask for the images again.
3. The whatsApp chat I asked to speak to an agent and I don't know if it was chatbot Or an actual agent. They do not understand anything. They don't try to solve the issue, instead kept repeating the same thing over and over again.
4. There is no phone no. to talk to.
5. When mailed for a call back - no response.
6. I don't see any sincerity from smytten end to resolve the ticket that was raised 8 days back.
7. They want us to trust them.. But when it comes to other way round.. They don't give a damn to resolve nor trust that the product is actually missing.
Very annoying and disappointing..

I recently placed an order with Smytten (Order#11713067). I received completely different products. I am trying to reach their non-existent customer support which is only via email but there is no response. All I get stereotyped messages. I checked their reviews online and found out that they change the orders in transit as per their convenience, claim that they contacted you but they never do that, and deliver different products that they actually want to dump. This is a pure online scam.
