Hi Julian,
We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Your account was delivered instantly with the login credentials, but the associated email information was mistakenly left out of the initial delivery. Once we received your live chat message, we replied within approximately 30 minutes and immediately provided the email access, allowing you to take full ownership and change all account details.
While we understand your frustration, this was an isolated delivery oversight rather than the product being different from what was advertised. We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
If you feel your issue has been fully resolved, we'd greatly appreciate if you would consider updating your review.
Best regards,
Warner
