It used to work well. But it no longer does. I never receive the codes anymore despite having tried with 2 dozen of different numbers.

Ok, so they have programmed their site so the service/number for a service is available if you don't have enough credit. As soon as you buy the credit, the number for the service disappears and the "support" is not communicating.
