They recently sold me a single service phone number that already is in use for that service. I contacted them for a replace/refund, unfortunately they're ignoring all my messages. Generally very bad service, probably a whole scam!

On contacting support, which was ultra fast and clear in their response (garnering 2 stars over just 1), they reported Japan was not available.

Unsure of the business model and how this method converts to anything but bad reviews. It's certainly never going to acquire a paying customer.

I recharge my balance with $15 and didn't get the money in my balance.

It says 100 country but only 3 countries are available. Also, I did not try those 3 and do not know if they work or not

I have had an issue with the number that I bought, related to WhatsApp not to the number in itself. I have not entered my phone number smscode give me for WhatsApp to get the confirmation code but I received 1 confirmation code from WhatsApp and was charged for it.
I contacted support but no one answered me to solve the problem. And this is not the first time.
This is a damn service and I think there are people like me but they don't do as I do to warn others not to be their victims.refund me

They Canceled My Number , i already have money on my balance they didnt take that as consideration and they canceled it without a reason , also the support is not working , there is no way to contact the support , im really fraustrated
