Persistent error and support stopped replying.
I gave the software a try for a couple of months, using Google Sheets and my API key to send messages. While it could send and receive texts, I kept running into a persistent error that was really frustrating. I followed the in-app video guide meant to fix it, but then my customers started receiving duplicate messages, which only added to the headache.
On April 27, 2025, at 9:45 PM, I reached out to online support via WhatsApp. At first, they seemed willing to help—until I mentioned I was sending a test message to my girlfriend. After that, their only response was “Work fin?” which I couldn’t make sense of. I sent six more follow-up messages, but none were even opened (the WhatsApp ticks never turned blue).
In the end, I decided to cancel my subscription. I couldn’t afford the risk of my customers getting the same message multiple times and dealing with the fallout. Also I found the support hit and miss, but think they gave up on me as they didnt even read the messages in the end.
