If I could give it zero I would. I ordered a top at the beginning of August 2025 for my friend's birthday. It is now end of May 2025 and still nothing despite repeat chasers from myself.
Got some random email at the beginning of the year about the person being in hospital...hope they are better but this shouldn't make the whole company stop. I kept getting responses with no apology so there's more than one person working there. I have asked for a refund multiple times and nothing. Do not buy from the company, they are stealing people's money.

Purchased a England 1976 shirt, for a mates 50th birthday present, order it on the 10/02/26, it cost £38.99, on 19/02/26, had a message the it was on its way, it still has not arrived.
Had an update on 26/03/26 saying the may be some delays because of the war in Iran, but since my order was out for delivery on 19/02/26, that should not have affected it.
I have emailed them3 times but to no avail.
I would definitely not recommend SM Retro, and would personally avoid them like the plague!

This company has no intention of supplying you with anything. I ordered a shirt in October 2025. The tracking information provided was never active on the transit tracking website. I complained several times, finally having a ticket raised in February 2026. Since then, no communication of any kind.

There is one work for this. Theft. This company is only interested in fleecing people for money. The lowest kind of people.

I can only concur with what most others are saying. No sign of the shirt after many, many weeks; no reply to emails and the tracking doesn't work, or the item hasn't been posted.

Maybe the shirt will turn up one day. But my advice is avoid this company.

Shocking service, still waiting for my order from March. No one replies to your emails and the tracking they give you doesn’t work or tell you anything. They could be onto something really good with these vintage tops if they employed more people and used proper shipping methods. Who knows if my top will ever arrive!!

I ordered a LFC shirt at the beginning of October 2025. Over 7 months later and still no shirt. Not a single reply to any emails. This company is a scam. Save your money!

Ordered end of September...supposed to arrive mid November...delayed...then supposed to arrive December...delayed...last update said February...still not arrived....they do not respond to emails...I have asked for a refund for the last 4 months...nothing...So my advice is dont order from this site... I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt as they had the product I wanted.... 8 months down the line...No shirt...no response and out of money with no ways of claiming it back

Do not order from here. I paid for a shirt almost a year ago and have not received it. They don’t even have the courtesy to respond to emails!!

It does take approximately 8 weeks to get delivered. But they do tell you when you order. All good when delivered excellent quality

I ordered over a year ago now and still no sign of my item! I’ve emailed numerous times and been told various stories of wrong stamp, delay with posting etc etc. the tracking link never works and the item never arrives. Really disappointed.

It was a jersey I had tried to find for many years and I was delighted to find out that you sold it. The product was as described and was well made. I would be happy to reccomend SM Retro to any other sports fans looking for good quality merchandise

So far I’ve waited around 10 months , no shirt . And all I’ve received from their customer service is extended delivery/ tracking dates , I wait for that date but the tracking information never gets updated . They now seem to have stopped replying to my emails. 50 quid in the bin . Bunch of absolute chancers

Absolute conning scamming bastards, 3 months since I ordered & nothing received, no reply to emails, tracking number does not work, I’m by far not the only person to experience this “wall of silence “ from them, well I will pursue this non stop, I believe they’re based in Bristol, avoid at all costs.

Per so many reviews on here, no shirt ever arrived and I ordered in March 2025. Numerous excuses, first said out of stock, then illness with employees but I had to email so many times before they even acknowledge. They then email back and state they’ve sent it with ‘postal details’ but that never works either & nothing ever arrives. Last 3 months no reply from them with no acknowledgement at all.

One whole year, no top no refund no response to emails. Totally avoid! Absolute scammers!! Only response was about some excuse about tracking and delivery issues! Not heard anything since!!

This has been a bit of an ongoing saga.
I ordered 2 Motherwell Jerseys in January 2025, After a bit of chasing up, the wrong jersey (and only one) arrived in May. I contacted them and they were apologetic. I was asked to send the jersey back (to an address in the UK) which I did at my own expense.
I was then issued with a new tracking number and assured that the jerseys were on their way. Nothing appeared and after many unanswered emails, I figured all hope was lost.
In December out of the blue I received an update saying my jerseys would be with me in January. As I said, It's the hope that kills you.
They gave me the old tracking number and said to check 26th January. As usual nothing has shown and now my emails are being completely ignored.
The annoying thing is that my brother ordered a Tottenham shirt in December and it arrived in January.

The same as everyone else, no shirt ever came. They continually lie to you in correspondence. Avoid them. Give them no money. Had to open a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

No delivery 3 months after order.
No updates.
No response to chaser emails.
The only update received was an email confirming payment had been processed and proclaiming the item was on the way. 12 weeks later, still not delivered. No response other than auto acknowledgment to 3x chaser emails. I'm liaising with my bank to get a refund. This company is awful. You should never ignore customers.
