Easy to use, and order currency online at the best rates. Currency denominations supported so you don't land in a foreign country and buy your first coffee with a 100 EURO or USD bill. Pickup od currency was easy eith multiple locations available. I used MetCentre at Sydney's Wynyard CBD. Nice lady served. Polite and efficient.

There was a little hiccup with $$ not being able to be delivered to the post office - the team kept me up to date on when the issues was resolved and my order could be placed. This order was processed with ease and simplicity. I was also kept up to date of the status of my order (via phone call). Would highly recommend the service. Trustworthy with highly competent staff.

Exchange rate and service fee were accepatble. The delay is getting the cash to me was not. I was advised 3 days but it took more than a week. I realise this was not S Money's fault however I nearly didn't get the delivery in time for my trip so would have been helpful to have been given a more realistic delivery time-frame.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that S Money advertise a delivery service to your local Post Office. However, no such option exists when you go to order.

Long Wait time to pick up money was 15-20mins, cashier dosn't know how to count money professionally (counting to 1-10) then just putting the unbanned money in the tray. Had to ask for bands to keep it organised and was ask to sign the receipt for receiving money before even checking the money order was correct. I personally will never use or recommend your business in the future.

I have bought currency from S money for years. Best exchange rate (even with their fees). Very safe to purchase. Look forward to the Post Office collection being up and running instead of having to go to the store in the City (Melbourne) to collect.
