Smiths Of Harrogate Arvostelua

Absolutely superb customer service, from point of order, price to delivery day - the guys were exceptional, very polite helpful and courteous on one of the hottest days of the year travelling down to Essex! The Duresta sofas are beautiful and fit perfectly in our home. Will definitely use Smiths again - thank you! J Herron

Having travelled 90 minutes to visit Smiths of Harrogate, I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service I received in particular from Graeme who made ordering my new sofa and chairs so easy.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, great to find good customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a new mattress

This company is absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable staff, friendly, get back to you super fast. We are around 200 miles away and haven't even been to the showroom but trust that this company will deliver on all ordered. Will definitely use and recommend Smiths of Harrogate to family and friends. It has been a seamless and most enjoyable experience so far. We have dealt with Andrea on the Venjakob sales side who has been superb and super responsive and pro-active. If only all companies operated this way, it would make online shopping an absolute pleasure. Thank you

Great experience. Mr Nickerson was very knowledgeable and helpful he understood what we were looking for and why. Guided us to the best options that would work for us and not necessarily the most expensive.

Customer service is without doubt the reason we have been a returning customer for over 10 years. They are always helpful and reliable with customer service being at the forefront of the business.

A telephone order was dealt with pleasantly, efficiently and quickly. I am impressed with the friendly and cooperative service. Thank you.

Excellent experience. The showroom is beautifully appointed with many high quality product ranges and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and time was taken to discuss the various options available on the sofas I chose.
Would highly recommend.

Truly lovely people. I ordered a chair with such ease they were an absolute delight. I subsequently had to cancel my order for medical reasons and again they were so kind and gracious. I highly recommend Smiths Of Harrogate for their efficiency, knowledge, kindness. I spoke with Graham initially who was so helpful and cheerful and latterly John also so personable and kind. So nice to speak to people who care and aren't remotely pushy. Thank you.

Received a phone call from Smiths to ensure correct part was ordered and explanation of care when fitting, delivery was by Royal Mail tracked delivery postage was paid arrived on time first class company. 10 day delivery item arrived within 3 days Thank you.

I live in Jersey C.I. which adds a layer of complexity, or so I thought, to delivery.
Graeme assured me they'd dealt with this situation previously and it wouldn't be a problem.
I always knew I'd purchase my Ercol bedroom set from Smiths, it was simply deciding which one.
When it came to ordering, one item wasn't in stock but Graeme checked how long it would take and provided me with revised dimensions for shipping purposes within 10 minutes of our conversation.
My order has been placed and I excitedly await delivery, which I'm confident will go without incident if the service I've received so far is a measure of their professionalism.

Largest dealership for Himolla and a superb range of products. Knowledgeable considerate team member who help make the decision easier and not pressured

It was my first time ordering from Smiths of Harrogate, I found the website on the internet and called the store to confirm some details. Paul was really helpful and managed to take my order over the phone. Such a friendly and professional service and lovely to hear that the company is a long standing family business. I’m looking forward to receiving the Ercol sideboard that I have ordered and will definitely be making a trip over to Harrogate in the future to visit the store. Many thanks

Very helpful, explained all the pros and cons. Made sure what we chose was suitable for us.
Never felt pressured into making a decision. Chris very patient and helpful.

We were looked after very well by Grahame. He was very knowledgeable and gave us
helpful, expert information about the mattresses but absolutely no hard sell. His explanations of the technical differences were clear so we feel we fully understand which product to chose. We were able to take our time and try a range of options and with Grahame’s guidance we feel confident we have made the right choice.

Extremely good service. Ordered a spring for a chair. Was called before the spring was despatched to make sure it was the correct one. Not very often you get such good service.

Excellent service - personable family business. Great range of quality products.

Really nice people to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, and their product knowledge was also very good. We will definitely buy from them again.

I was greeted by staff members on entering the showroom and made to feel welcome. The staff were very knowledgeable, but there was no pressured selling. I placed an order and was given timescales for delivery. I have bought furniture from Smiths The Rink for over forty years and would not consider any other retailer as the service can not be beaten.

Very helpful member of staff

They had on display items i was interested in and ordering was very easy.

Al in all a good exoerience
