Withdrawls always take around 5 business days, I reached "vip" that says it includes faster withdrawls but I've been waiting for 4 business days regardless.

The casino is also having game round issues, I excelated it to the VIP manager with both screenrecordings and printscreens in a game that require 3 scatters where I got 4 and no freespins was triggered. The game rules clearly states 3 scatters or more in any combination triggers freespins, however I did not get it.

So yes same as everybody eles on here my withdrawal after 7 days has been rejected for breach of terms which we know not true account closed.please don't use this site u will not get your money there not legit took 10 deposits over 3 week period then my 1st withdrawal attempt then bang same as so many on here I promise u you can't get your money they lie every time u try speak to them.

I played here. I made a total of 200euro deposits.
Won up to arround to 2k...i decided to withdrawal 850euro and wager the rest.
I was on queue on over 10 days... I had also daily contact with the support. Finally. They sent me an email where they said I breached terms and conditions without explaining what terms I breached. And they closed my account.
The only positive thing is that they sent back the 200euro. But not the rest.
