Attempted to withdraw 500 euros. The withdrawal spent 5 days under review. I was then told that I had breached their terms and conditions and took 300 euros, crediting 200 back to my account. I have attempted to withdraw that but it is now under review again.

The emails they have sent are full of errors, including the game I was playing and the amounts involved. Their customer service agents lie.

This casino sucks. They stole my withdrawl of $1700 canadian. Lie about terms and conditions. Only after I withdrew.

They won’t pay out if you win, i think they steal your personal information, they ask you for documents, the whole process takes a about a week, then they close down your account saying you did not follow there rules, even though all I did was put money in, not accept any bonus then withdraw. Absolute scumbags.

Ah e la live chat non funziona, ogni qual volta clicchi su live chat ti rimanda sulla pagina contattaci con la descrizione del loro servizio ma senza alcun link utile per contattarli.
