I will not recommend Smarty Trade to anyone that is learning to trade or interested in trading. This platform is difficult to navigate. The support is horrible. The trading manager I had all she did say to me is read the manual. I learn by someone showing me I received no help. I was asked to deposit $300 more dollars for her time and to boost my account. I never received the 200% I was supposed to receive. After I repeatedly sent messages. Where is my bonus?

I locked my account in Turbo Savings which is active and I cannot unlock it until 12 months.

I had to learn the system on my own. And my ac ount went from $1500 down to $232.14. By not knowing how to trade.

So therefore I am just leaving that tidbit in that so called Turbo Savings account until I can withdraw on 12/14/2025.

This platform needs improvement.
