I spoke to Sandra over the telephone and ordered a QF pedometer as I had subjected my previous model to a Westinghouse washing machine. (It was clean but no longer worked). I let her know that I was leaving for a holiday in 3 days time and hoped it would arrive before I left.
She asked me to call her back with an order number and she would let dispatch know of the urgency. I followed her direction and she obviously carried out her message to dispatch. I ordered the unit before lunch on the Monday and it was delivered the next day from Melbourne to Sydney at 1.00pm Thank you

Update
The new Omron BP monitor does not provide consistent results and always way higher than my results from my doctor.
I do follow all of the guidelines for use and have been using an Omron monitor for many years.
