Providing professional advice is more than just the detail in the written report, we believe that its about the way we conduct ourselves professionally when we meet/visit a property and the 'back-of-house' administration and general assistance that we give. This all applies throughout our services: from mediation services; expert reports; boundary advice; building defect reports; party wall surveyor advice and Awards. 2023 became our 20th year providing Surveying Services to the local community. We've always been a family based business (set-up in 2003), and offer a personal approach that remains professional, accessible and engaging. The service received plus the professional standards were excellent and answered many aspects of the situation which were troubling.
Also back up office service was extremely helpful

Very professional & knowledgeable service provided by PBSC Chartered Surveyors. They could not have been more helpful throughout the process and made it easy for us to understand what questions to ask the seller regarding the property. Excellent survey and great service. Highly recommended
PBSC undertook a survey on a property we were looking to buy. Having a number of long term rental and holiday rentals we have used many Surveyors before or varying standards.
The PBSC report was very comprehensive, well written, easy to understand and on time and picked up some significant issues which were crucial to making decisions about purchasing the property. Best surveyors report I have commissioned and there have been a few!
Would have no hesitation in recommending.
