Hello Sherrell, We absolutely understand your concern. It is, by no means, possible to provide feedback on something you haven't yet tried since it is always preferred to have personal experience before forming a judgment. It is a generic reminder that is sent to our customers, and you can leave a review at any time after using our product. I hope this helps!❤

After seeing lots of ads I thought I’d give smartshavy a try. Took a little while for delivery but after contacting them they chased up my order. The shaver is a little noisy than what I expected but does as it says. So much gentler on my bikini area than regular shaving or waxing. So far so good.

I love my smartshavy it’s the only hair remover that doesn’t give me a rash or feel like I have sunburn under my arms.
My only complaint is it cuts out while using because the actual razor top needs pushing back in to place sometimes but it’s a small price to pay for pain free shaving

Hello Jojo, Thank you for your feedback on the Smartshavy hair remover! We're glad to hear that you love it and that it doesn't cause any rashes or discomfort like other hair removers. We apologize for the inconvenience of the razor top occasionally cutting out, but we appreciate your understanding that it's a minor issue compared to the pain-free shaving experience it provides. We'll make sure to pass on your feedback to our team for further improvements.❤🙌
Don’t waste your time and money
Reiterate everything previous people have written about this product.
Absolute waste of money and customer service is non-existent.
After 2 uses the head completely broke of the device so I reached out to see about fixing it and no response. I also ordered the extra head but it didn’t arrive with my order so I queried this and no response.

Hello Maanika, I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the product. It's disappointing when you do not get the desired results with your purchase. In very rare cases, the head can be damaged in shipment or may be because of improper fitting, and we are working hard to ensure this never happens. To make up for this, I have arranged for a 3-head pack replacement to be shipped out to your home. You don't have to worry at all; we suggest you reach out to us at our dedicated customer support with your order number to get update on your replacement.
NO ITEM RECEIVED
They send you an email to confirm then nothing I've emailed & been ignored still no items through the post yet I'm still receiving emails asking me how the item is probably best to stay clear

Hello dear, I'm sorry to hear that the product didn't meet your expectations. When your purchase does not produce the intended effects, it is disheartening. It is quite uncommon for SmartShavy to fall short of the client's expectations. Although we strive to give our clients the best possible experience with our products, in your situation, we are sadly not up to par for some unidentified reasons or perhaps due to incorrect usage. You need not worry, however, as we advise you to contact us at our specialised customer care with your order number in order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Following the hype!
Wanted to know what all the hype was about and I wasn't disappointed. I like the fact its rechargeable and compact so perfect to take away with you. I found though that you needed to make sure you was properly dry in areas where you are shaving as it didn't glide as well otherwise I would have given this full marks.
