Do not waste your money on this product, it does not work
I contacted Smartshavy concerning the shaver that I purchased which does not trim/shave hair at any angle or pressure with either blade, it does turn on but that is the only thing that works. After emailing the company back and forth and with them asking me to provide a video of me using it, even though I explained it was for my intimate area with no hair elsewhere it became clear they were not willing to provide a returns label, an address to return or refund me for what I had paid. I contacted my bank who were able to get my full refund back. No it was not damaged in transit and yes I contacted the correct email address (email thread I can prove) Please do not waste your money on this product and purchase from this company, I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot not on instagram or tiktok where they are probably being paid to advertise.

Great shaver! Takes care of all those little unwanted hairs. Easy to use and charge. So glad I purchased this shaver and the extra heads.

Waste of money
I contacted smart shavy for a refund as the shaver is sharp and doesn't do what it should. They replied telling me I never sent them emails which is a complete lie as I have them in my sent emails!! They have asked me again to email which I've done today so let's see what happens now with my refund!! If you look at all reviews they all say the same thing cheap, nasty, don't bother wasting your money!!

Doesn't work at all for bikini line, works ok for areas with thin hair. Took about a month to arrive. The thing is not worth the money SO SORRY

Used once and never worked again
Used once and never worked again. The company are not taking responsibility for it and are blaming me for not being able to use it properly . The product is cheaply made and came in a torn box . Very bad customer service , don’t expect I will get a replacement or refund even though there is a 30 day refund policy. Do not buy this product save your money. I have had numerous emails back and forth with this company and still they refuse to replace or refund. I think they hoping I get fed up and don’t bother anymore. I have had a result after back and forth emails the company have finally refunded my money and apologised .

Watched numerous ads on Instagram and decided to purchase. Obviously very cheaply made and did not work. It is no miracle product and even if working would never have performed as claimed due to cheap construction..Don't waste your money.

Normal shaver is better
Personally I feel like this is overrated, the videos and adds show how smooth it leaves legs and underarms and I feel it doesn’t even trim the hairs never mind remove them, I have tried both heads and both as bad as each other. Legs have been left very red and irritated. Was charged an extra 4.99 for “secure bubble wrap” to goods, for them to be delivered in a thin plastic wallet with the packaging bashed in. Not worth the money to be honest a normal cheap razor can do better.

Initially not sure.
I had to wait for a long period before delivery because of a stock issue. Then when it came it didn't work. I rang & spoke with someone (she wasn't very helpful) so I gave up & left it on one side. A few weeks passed & I came across it again. I charged it & I don't know how but it worked. I have used it on & off since & it works when it wants to. But, I like it when it does. That's why only 3 star's. I'd have preferred a better outcome from the beginning. I got it about 2022

A pretty good experience
While there are horror stories on this site, I have had a different experience. The product arrived in a timely matter and seems to work quite well.
I haven't tried the "close shave" head yet, but will be doing so soon.
So far so good, and no complaints.
