I bought this watch for my brother who has learning difficulties. He loved the watch. But in less than a year it stopped. I emailed the company and asked for a replacement. I have not had any reply. Very disappointing! Do NOT buy from this company. There is no after sales help at all.

Having trouble getting any response from this company. Sent numerous emails but have never heard back. Tried calling but their number is continually busy. Bought their watch but it's not working correctly.

Received my watch on September 18th have been trying to get a refund since 24th September but to no avail. The watch is enormous and looks ridiculous on my small wrist. In the return policy it states you cannot return due to size, but that is a crap excuse as you won't know what it looks like till you receive it. You can buy clothes on line and get refunds if they don't fit with no questions asked. But to top it all of they tried to tell me I payed less for the watch than I actually did even proved the amount I paid with copies of receipt. But still nothing. Have sent numerous emails they answer for awhile then total silence. Very poor customer service don't want to know you in the end .They are quick to take your money but not refund it to you. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I enjoy all the features of this smart watch. I love all the face style options. I specifically like it for following my sleep patterns as I have sleep apnea. Stylish and comfortable to wear.

I have heard from several removal companies with their quotes.all basically near each other in price I have to discuss these tomorrow with my daughter

I am having some issues with the settings. I guess I mean the syncing of cell phone and watch. I’m not really tech savvy. I don’t hear my cell phone ring on my watch. Am I supposed to? There is someone at my Weight Watcher meetings that I think can help me.

This watch works well for tracking heart rate and blood pressure

Order arrived in just a few days. Very simple instructions. Easy to set up watch to my liking. Love having the BP and stress feature.

THE ORDERING WAS EASY AND WE RECEIVED THE WATCHES IN A GOOD TIME FRAME. THEY WERE EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND OPERATE. THE AONLY THING I'M NOT SURE ABOUTIS HOW THE PHONE CALLS WORK. i WOULD RECOMMEND THESES WATCHES TO ANYONE. THEY OPERATE LIKE AND iPHONE WATCH AND COST MUCH LESS.

The watch is reasonably priced for the value. After only a few weeks, there seems to be scratch marks on the face of the watch but, so far, it does deliver appropriate readings for BP, Pulse, and Oxygen.

It is quite simple to use but for me of the mature age group I cannot always find the right menu without going around in circles a few times.

I was looking for a watch that was easy to use and did just what the advertisement said it would do. This watch has gone above and beyond my expectations. The price is very reasonable. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was quick. I will be purchasing one for my mother soon.

Its a great watch and fitness tracker so far. The only complaint is wish you could post the size of the watchband. I ordered 3 before I got the right size! LOL

Bought it for health reasons heart blood pressure and sleep. Amazing it’s put my mind at ease, it gives you all the vital information.

I'm pleased how it keeps track of heart rate,stres level, oxygen, steps, and sleep. BP, not so much. Accuracy doesn't match even close to my readings on my cuff readings.
