It arrived really well packaged, and today I had my first parcel delivery, which was perfect. Now I know I can go away for a few days without having to worry about post and parcels arriving.

Has got a very good finish and it has smart way of dropping the parcel. The letters are going down in the same place as parcel so use only one key to open.

Great looking Parcelbox (IMO) solidly built, easy to wall mount and delivered quickly; BUT with 2 flaws that are not readily acceptable at this price point = 1: Before this upgrade I had the mid sized box for years, so I know they've been using the same cheap/flimsy locks for years (and it span out, requiring manual intervention) so I know this will be the same :( 2: And again from experience with my previous model, there should be a small D-Seal rubber trim in the main door to prevent water ingress in adverse weather. This was/is easily fixed, but should already be included IMO

I was over the moon when this came back in stock as I've wanted one for a while but after about 3 weeks off owning this the lock has given up the key is still to get in the lock and to get back out after 2 emails to customer services I've got no reply so leaves me no option but to leave a review

Well thought out way of receiving parcels when you are not at home. Not the most robust construction but its fit for purpose. Too early to say how well it will stand up to the elements as he sheet metal is relatively thin. It does do the job it was intended to do well enough though.

It’s great except the fixings are the wrong size to attach to a wall.
