My Rep (Darvell Huffman) is the best. When I explained to him that Humana had not placed me on the plan we had agreed to; he instantly went to work on getting me the best plan for my area. In no time he got me a plan I'm very happy with. Also, at SmartMatch there's always someone double checking to ensure you received the best help possible.
