SmartLandlord UK Arvostelua

Having worked with SmartLandlord as both a contractor and landlord, I know them well. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent personal service with quality research to back it up. Would highly recommend.

I recently cashed out my pension and was looking for a wholly managed, completely hands-free, investment solution to provide guaranteed income while retaining asset growth. Jonathan and his team made this as easy and as painless as I think it is possible to do. I am very satisfied with their performance and would recommend them to others looking to invest similarly.

I was really impressed with Jonathan Stephens experience and depth of knowledge in the UK property market in general. Also his knowledge and advice in relation to the different cities and projects led me to make the right investment for me and my African clients.

Jonathan has been very helpful and helped me understand areas I hadn’t previously considered. I was looking for a property with a decent yield which we have now identified so am happy, many thanks.

Very helpful and informative when using them to assist me with my small portfolio. Will continue to look to them for future opportunities. Many thanks

We have been working with SmartLandlord on our most recent property investment and we have had the best experience. Very friendly staff and great client service. Highly recommended!

Happy to confirm a faultless experience with SmartLandlord. We have just this week completed the purchase of a 2-bedroom property in Fountain Lofts, the purchase is for my daughter who is starting her first year at Birmingham University next month. SmartLanlord where extremely helpful throughout the purchase process, ensuring we competed on time.

In common with other reviewers, I am new to using SmartLandlord and like the way they deal with investors.
I recently purchased my second Investment property in Birmingham and found the whole team extremely efficient and professional. This is not an agency full of sharp suits and equally sharp chat, just down to earth people who do a great job, I will definitely be using them again.

I recently worked with SmartLanlord, and I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They were always available to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the purchase process. They also negotiated a great off-plan deal for me. Based on my experience, I would recommend Jonathan and his team.

I'm happy to recommend SmartLandlord to anyone looking to start off or expand their UK property portfolio. They guided me throughout the slightly daunting process of purchasing my first buy-to-let property in the UK, have been invariably helpful and easy to reach without being pushy or rushing, and have kept me regularly updated without having to be asked or chased. Special thanks to Jonathan who was my local contact. I look forward to working with them again in the future as soon as the opportunity arises.

Very happy to leave SmartLanlord a review to confirm that I have been delighted with the service and advice I have received when purchasing and renting out my first buy-to-let property in Birmingham. Big thanks to Rachel, for answering what must have at times seemed like my never ending list of questions regarding the lease and letting contracts

We were very pleased with the service provided by all the team at SmartLandlord during the purchase process of our property in Hull. They were professional and courteous with excellent communication throughout, and to top it off we have found out this week that the development is on schedule to complete 2 months earlier than originally advised. We would highly recommend them.

Really very happy with SmartLandlord! Aftre much consideration we decided to bite the bullet and go with SL, because we felt that they had provided us with sound and transparent advice and understood the UK property market. These thoughts where compounded once we started purchasing the first of 3 properties with them. Now that we have completed our investments we could not have asked for a better partner. Special thanks to Jonathan who was alongside us throughout. 10/10.

The team at SmartLanlord have been extremely helpful from the beginning to end of my investment journey with them. They were always available, super quick to answer phone calls and really efficient in dealing with my queries. To top it off, they also gave me excellent advice on the legal terms around the lease agreement that was invaluable to help me understand what I was signing and meant I could invest with complete confidence. I would 100% recommend their services.

SmartLanlord are a wonderful company to work with, their attention to detail is superb. I would highly recommend SmartLandlord to anyone and everyone as they are faultless. T
