They are always on time and do what they say plus more. They really work hard to resolve any issues and help me to think ahead.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for choosing us — it truly means a lot to our team.
We moved to Memphis and needed an alarm system for our new home. After meeting with a few companies that are too high and out of touch. We found Jason & Eric at Smart home, and we are really happy we did. Super professional, customized a great system for us and most of all was fair in price. These guys are genuine and accountable. We 100% recommend them.
Excellent service! Provided great options, highly recommend!

Thank you!
Eric was very patient in answering all our questions and providing comprehensive explanations regarding all the equipment and how it functions. This was true of first visit, installation day and periodic inquiries.
The quality of the work and very awesome customer service, which is lacking very much in doing business these days.
Eric is an excellent partner. He is on time and communicates very well. He has product knowledge and can share it on your level of expertise.
Most experience was with Eric. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable. Our home is now smart and secure!
Eric and his team came in and set our business up with cameras and some awesome technology. He is very friendly and professional. Didn’t even know he was there setting things up most of the day. We definitely recommend him if you have security needs. I look forward to working with him in the future on more of our projects. Thanks Eric and team!
