I am currently a tenant in a property managed by Smart estate agents. I currently have an issue with the drain on the bath. It has now been over a week with having to shower while standing in grey water and emptying as much water as I can with a saucepan into the sink.

I have chased Smarts for an update but my emails have been unanswered and no information has been added to the app that you have to use for maintenance issues
