I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the whole experience was. SmarterClaims made what I expected to be a complicated insurance dispute feel simple and easy to navigate. I’d never had an insurance claim refused before, so it came as a bit of a shock. Their whole system seems stacked against you and it feels like they are always trying trip you up. Your service is easy to use and the information you sent to me has been spot on. Although I know it is AI-driven you can tell there is someone real behind the curtain that knows what they’re doing. I’m still waiting for my insurer’s final decision, but we heard that a senior person has already agreed to take a look at it so we have our fingers crossed.
