At the outset when order was placed , the reach by company officials was prompt and relevant information was provided. The glasses were delivered within the time frame and Workman ship is excellent 👍. With continued use I hope my eyes will adjust as I am using a progressive eyewear for the first time. Ordered Timberland Prescription…
Ordered Timberland Prescription Glasses. They arrived within 10 days & were stuck for customs duty clearance. I raised an ticket with SBG & they paid the customs duty promptly & got My eyewear delivered.
Hangups such as above develop, however how soon & positively the seller resolves the same is critical & SBG always raises the bar when it comes to prompt resolution.
