Aaron is a superstar
We have dealt with Aaron and he has been nothing short of fantastic. Having previously spoke with another mortgage advisor who advised pretty quickly she couldn’t help I searched social media and found smart mortgages. Aaron was incredibly helpful, exploring all options for us and getting us the best deal. He is always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we may have. We are very grateful for all Aaron’s help he has gone above and beyond in making our dream a reality.

Absolutely fantastic service from Aaron…
Absolutely fantastic service from Aaron and his team. We got our first mortgage with Smart Mortgages two years ago and it was time to renew in June. But with the rates looking like they would increase, Aaron was able to lock-in a new fixed rate for us just before they went up. They were able to go over any concerns we had and had the new approval in a matter of hours. Could not recommend more highly. Shaun

Highly recommended - Great experience
I would highly recommend Smart Mortgages and in particular Joel to anyone interested in getting onto the property ladder. As a first time buyer I didn’t really have much insight into the process but Joel worked brilliantly with me and made the process very smooth. He organised calls and kept me posted throughout the process and made it very simple for me to understand.

When we moved to Derry and started looking for a home our experience was made so easy because of Aaron and The Smart Mortgages team. Literally had our mortgage sorted within hours, not only that he helped us get in touch with the agent working in the estate we where interested in, helped us with a lawyer he just went above and beyond - fast forward two years later and he is still looking out for us by getting us an amazing new rate, Aaron has kept in touch with us and honestly we haven’t had to think about the next step, it’s been so easy. 10/10 Service.

They make it so easy!
Aaron has been fantastic from start to finish. He secured us a great mortgage and later helped us remortgage at the best possible rate, even when the circumstances made it far from straightforward. His knowledge and persistence meant we never felt out of our depth, and he always had our best interests at heart. On top of all that, he was the one who pointed us towards the area we now live in, which has turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. We really couldn't recommend him enough.
