Great customer service
I had to take my Royal Enfield Interceptor in for some warranty work due to a recall on the front brakes. These guys were great from the initial communication right through to handing me my keys back after the work was finished. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

Great service
Yesterday I took my Royal Enfield Interceptor to Smalley Cross for a safety recall. As usual the service, helpfulness and friendliness was second to none. This has been the case since I purchased my bike from them just over a year ago. Although I live almost 20 miles away I will still continue to use Smalley Cross and can't recommend them highly enough. KP

Best two gents in the world
Bought a beautiful little fiesta from these two gents and we can’t thank them enough. They were amazing from start to finish. Extra helpful, super easy to talk to and they couldn’t have done more for us.would definitely recommend everyone to go their way. Cheers gents.

Only recently started using Smalley Cross for my motorcycling needs after my regular garage ceased trading. From my first phone call through to servicing and mots nothing has been a problem. Customer service although distanced at present is very friendly and efficient. Competitively priced and kept up to date with progress on servicing etc.
Found my new dealers to look after my bikes.
Extremely satisfied.
