Sleep buds
I must be one of the few people who have had no change in sleep since using these ear plugs. I have tried every size and way to put them in but nothing changes for me. And I do have pain in my ear

The mask caused sinus pressure. When I asked for a refund they refused and would only give me 80% of my money back. That was a month ago. Still no refund.

Quality of Product
The item arrived faster than I thought. The quality was amazing. The only thing I think I would improve is making it a bit more comfortable for people with long lashes so it fits better and doesn’t initiate the lashes. Other than that it is a great product.

terrible delivery schedule
terrible delivery schedule - item still not here after 3 weeks - terrible bot-style customer service w no contacts to the individual carriers so I might get in touch myself. fully disappointing - will never buy form this company again. oh - also pandering emails from customer service - fake apologies make the experience even more distasteful

Good results
I received the earplugs 3 weeks ago and I am pleased them. It has taken a little while to get accustom to having them in. They do a great job dampening the sound of my upstairs neighbors' footsteps.

it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. they don't tell you that they ship from overseas. the ear plugs are cheep and hurt your ears. DON'T BOTHER! cheaper and easier to put tissue paper in your ears.

Game changer! Since getting these I have slept so much better. Also, my partner snores and these have really helped. Was dubious they would be any good, but pleased they proved me wrong and are well worth buying.

It's actually the real deal
It's actually the real deal. It's a total black out and stays on for long enough to be really useful. Plus I have sinus problems but how it sits around my nose is very light and comfortable. No pressure. Only bought this one cos my kid stole mine .....

This company looks like a scam
This company looks like a scam. I have been charged twice for the eye mask I purchased online. I have tried several times to email them, but I get a bounce back everytime. I also looked up their phone number (which is on their website, under 'contact'), and this too is a scam number. I come from Australia, and didn't realise that I was purchasing an item from a foreign website, it all looks legitimate, but it's not. Buyer beware! I will now have to contact my bank to block this company from charging anything further! Not happy at all!
Edit to above review: I finally received a reply from the company after I made the review above. Product did arrive shortly after and it was as described. Happy with the outcome, however I think a lack of communication was definately what attributed to the bad review in the first place.

Not sure what the problem is but when I use them I hear a pounding sound in my right ear. Like the pounding of my heart? Similar to what I hear when I am very exhausted on a hike :)

From time to time I have been a restless sleeper. Your 3D mask seems to have calmed me down some as evidenced by the array or disarry of the bed covers. I am a widower & live alone.

Poor and cheap product
Very cheap and does not in any way warrant £20 price tag. Delivery was 2 weeks which in this day and age is V poor. I tried to return as I was advised (whilst waiting for them to arrive) by an ear nurse that these are a bad product as they stimulate ear wax buildup I went through the return process only to be told I could only return through DPD and the cost would be $14 wow feel like I’ve been conned

We'll investigate why delivery took so long, as this is definitely not typical, our UK delivery time is 4-8 days from dispatch. Regarding the return process, yes, we agree, the returns process currently in place is not fit for purpose, and we are in the process of completely overhauling it to make it better for both our customers, and our internal processes. Please email our customer service team on support@slumberite.com and they will be able to guide you through our updated process which will not cost you anything.

Really they don't block the noise. I can't measure if 26 dB are so low but I've had to replace them for anothers to sleep.

Loud snorer …
Unfortunately my partner is a very loud snorer and the product made very little difference. I have yet to find one that does.

Our earplugs are designed to reduce ambient noise by up to 33 dB, which works well for most everyday disturbances but unfortunately, extremely loud snoring can sometimes exceed that range. You’re absolutely right: finding the perfect solution for that can be a real challenge, and we’re sorry our product didn’t deliver the peace and quiet you hoped for.
