I’ve got 3 sets for my one year old and…
I’ve got 3 sets for my one year old and a matching set for me.
I’ve sized up purely so he can wear it for longer and because of the cuffs, it’s easy to roll up the sleeves and leggings. And the summer set I got actually looks cool on him oversized too. So smart the shorts got drawstrings!
My boy gets compliments al the time how cool he looks whenever he’s wearing this brand.
The one I got…. honestly they are so comfortable, I just want to live in them 24/7.
I’m pregnant so I appreciate the stretch and I’m already thinking to get more for me and my kids.

Years of great products & service
Have gotten 7 waffle sets over the last 4 years. Delighted every time. The kids find them comfy. They wash well & the colours are fab. Brilliant customer service whenever I have queries. They can’t go wrong!

It's my second one- that's how much I like them!
I love the product (blue waffle top & trousers). The weight of the fabric is perfect for slightly cosy but never sweaty, and it is wonderfully tactile.
(Only lost a star for the duration of the back order experience. Product is definitely 5 star!).

Since it's getting colder at night…
Since it's getting colder at night again, I ordered the 90's Neon Waffle Cotton Set to wear as pyjamas, among other things. It has already arrived, and I am very happy with the material and quality.
Only the fit is a bit strange. The top is quite narrow and short for an XL size, while the trousers are long and wide. They both fit, but they look a bit strange together.
Another positive point about the shipping is that to reach the minimum order value for free shipping, I also ordered some 'pre-order' items and was worried that I would have to wait until the whole order was ready. However, I received the set immediately, even though this meant the company had to pay double postage. Great!
Addendum: Unfortunately, disappointment has caught up with me. I wrote a very polite email asking about the approximate processing time for my delivery and emphasized that I’m happy to wait because the products look great. Not only was my email left unanswered, but my order was canceled with a cold, automated message. I was left stunned and feel really bad. Why would they do that?
Update:
I’ve now changed my review to five stars, as everything has finally been resolved. Although the delivery took from August until December, the products are genuinely worth the wait – the quality and design are excellent. What’s more, the money for the items that couldn’t be delivered was refunded without any issues.
I can fully appreciate the difficulties with subcontractors, yet selling products only once they are physically in stock would have easily prevented the frustration. Thank you nonetheless for the fair and professional handling of the situation.

Hello Michael, we had to unfortunately cancel our adult tights due to constant factory delays, when we processed your refund we did pop in a little note, apologies if that felt automated but we just didn't want your order to be sat unprocessed so the priority was to refund. I do think that you might have received a mislabeled top could you possible pop an email to the office so we can arrange for the replacement for you?

We are sorry to read your review. Your order was a pre order which only came in today after a huge delay and a very complicated air cargo journey!! We have been busy organising this and preparing all the orders so we are in the warehouse and away from emails which we did advise in advance. All pre orders are now packed and the final load will pass to the post office tomorrow. As an apology for the delay we did give everyone 15% off for a year plus a goodie bag with customised iron on patches.

The site itself is clear and it's super easy to peruse all the wares on offer. The ordering process was easy and quick. The products I ordered were delivered quite quickly and the communication throughout was excellent. The products themselves seem to be excellent quality and the fit is great!

The adult tights are so comfy and warm and fit perfectly. It took a little while to get here as I live in the UK. I like that Slugs & Snails offer such nice quality clothing. I'm going to for sure get some more.

They were advertised as thick waffle…
They were advertised as thick waffle cotton but I would describe it as adequate thickness. Yes they are not cheap flimsy material but I wouldn't describe them as thick. I got the mustard colour which looks more yellow than mustard - definitely not the colour that they look online.

Hey Rash we are sorry you didn’t like the thickness they are 230gsm which is quite a nice bulky waffle thickness and as thick as we can go to be both loungewear and pjs then we cross over into sweatshirt territory! Our mustard is a yellow but it’s a mustard yellow we do also sell a bright yellow different screen setting might affect how this looks online but we do also sell socks and tights in this exact Pantone colour and it is definitely listed as “mustard”.

The service was very good and fast. The socks are very tight and were hard to put on my grandson . He didn’t like the feeling of the tight socks. It is a pity . Maybe look at getting a wider fit for wider feet.

Thank you for your feedback, it does sound like maybe you could have benefited from moving up a size as our socks would be on the wider side we designed them for children who wear AFO’s so they are a little more giving but also totally seam free so there’s not discomfort. If you have any unworn ones we can swap them for the next size up for you.
