I wouldn't even give it one star. I joined with a no deposit promo code and got lucky. When I tried to redeem, I got an error saying I had to deposit first for verification reasons. Customer support guaranteed I would be allowed my payout soon as I deposited so I did. Then I was told I would be emailed the details of documents required for my redemption to be approved and no matter what I sent them, it was denied. After a week of trying I gave up and requested my deposit back which they told me it could take up to 28 days to process. Which is not even true. There's too much to add but don't trust them!!
