Slotmines uses dirty tactics and does not honour their bonus terms and conditions they state.
I was Offered a Deposit Bonus via email as 200 free spins on deposit with the game Big Bass Splash, with a max cashout limit of $1500.00
I deposited.
I got 200 spins on a different game, but the game is unavailable in my Country.
So I contact chat to sort out the issue and add the spins on another game. They say they can reissue the spins.. in the form of a loyalty bonus with a max win of $50.00??!
I deposited for 200 spins, they add it to the wrong game, and take away the $1500 cashout limit and say we can reissue it with a $50 max cashout limit!!!
I deposited for a deposit bonus, and this isnt the first time i witnessed this from them. They won't budge and break their own written terms without a second thought.
If you play here despite this warning, make sure you ask them about the cashout limits if they offer to add spins to another game, its a tactic they use to rip you off.
Issue:
Deposit bonus I was Offered via email says it had a higher cashout limit of $1500.00
No deposit / loyalty bonuses have a cashout limit of $50.00
Why are you adding spins to the wrong game by a provider (IGTech) that looks like it makes knock off versions from pragmatic play, then when offering to readd them to a game that works you can't keep the same cashout limits you stated in your terms upon deposit!

They clearly state a nice bonus via email, then try trick you by adding spins intentionally to a rip off slot provider and get you to try change the game in hopes you won't ask if the cashout limit changes. There is plenty of bad things for the player when you look deep into this. Imagine you expect to be able to cashout 1500 and only given 50! Imagine you reach 500 and decide if you should try make 1500 and cashout not realizing the max win was changed to 50 and you lose it without knowing!
Needs to be investigated, terms are important and nobody should get deceived by these tactics!
