Tenía una buena opinión acerca de este casino pero recientemente hago un referido con un amigo, que según slots. lv por referido recibiré el 100% up hasta $200 de un depósito mínimo de $20 pero sigo sin recibir mi bonificación y el depósito fue mucho más de $30 y ya mi amigo recibió su depósito pero yo no! Se supone que ambos recibamos el su depósito y yo mi bonificación al mismo tiempo!! Todas las confirmaciones se completaron y yo sigo sin recibir nada, un agente me dice una cosa y el otro agente me dice otra, y si vuelvo a hablar con otro agente seguro me dirá otra cosa, me habían dicho que en una hora lo recibiría pero paso la hora y nada! Aún no recibo nada! Me parece una falta de respeto!! Además de que en sus términos y condiciones no dice nada de esperar hasta 48 horas!! Y anteriormente yo había referido a otros amigos y esto no había pasado. Necesitan mejorar y darle mantenimiento a su sistema para que no pase más esto y los jugadores no se sientan engañados.

Website used to be fantastic, fair, and balanced. You'd lose a lot of money, but you'd still win back a decent amount of money. Now I guess they picked up on it, and you only lose money instead of winning money. All games that used to be good, or hit no longer hit. After I refer my gf to slots lv. at the prompting of slots.lv She makes a deposit and hits $2,000. They then disabled BOTH our accounts to the second she tried to withdraw not even half of it. They claimed first they thought it was the same person and promised payout after verification. She passed Verification. No payout. Suddenly an “investigation” (two on of my and one of her accounts) revealed that I referred her using the referral program. And that was a violation bc they didn’t think she would play more even though it was her first deposit so how is that a possible conclusion?Not joking. Why have a referral bonus with a deposit required if you can’t have any of it back. Even the deposit.

Then they told me I could have my account back (which all the $ is gone from. No explanation or response. They tried to have cafe casino ban her and BOVADA. Cafe did but walked that back. BOVADA didn’t do anything. All because she hit 2,000 her first time playing. SLOTS.LV is your typical boiler room on a good day at best. I’ve deposit heavy ant their sister sights and moderate deposit at slots.lv itself. So has my gf. Only until $2,000 was won was there an issue (I even have an email from slots.lv saying this is highly suspicious behavior).

Further why do I have my account back with $0 in it now when I had the violations. And the one violation she had she was cleared on by passing verification.
