Blocked account after winnings
I registered via an affiliate from affpapa, and I was having a good experience until I hit an 10,000x in a not limit city slot, I try to withdrawal some winnings and could not do it because of KYC, my account is frozen and I submitted all documents one week ago and no answer from them nor customer support via chat or email.
I will amend this review once the case is solved.
