Avoid. Customer service do not help with anything, they escalate your problem to your VIP manager, the problem is the VIP manager then doesn't respond. My VIP manager was David and had terrible communication rates.

I would have given Slotmonster 4 stars had they put a bit more effort into faking their good reviews on here.
