All I can say is very dishonest and does not hold up to standards of regulations set out for players. Illegally with holds funds after a bonus has been completed. Complaint has already been submitted to their licensing company for their blanton Illegal actions. Ending conversations when it gets to legal for them and denying any wrong doing instead of looking at the fact set.put before them. Stealing a players money is theft no matter how you slice it.

I went in for the first time with 30€ +…

I went in for the first time with 30€ + 30€ welcome bonus I had some luck and won 700€ so i was able to do wagering requirment for those 30€ bonus money after wagering i had around 100€ left since bonus is limited to x10 of bonus money i didn't think it would be a problem since i ended wagering under bonus limit so i played some more and had ultimate luck to win 4000€ from those 100€ so I verified myself and put the money on withdraw to later wake up next day and see my withdraw canceled and balance set on 300€ i contacted support and they told me that you have to first withdraw money from bonus winnings to reset bonus even tho you wagered it already and ended under the bonus limit. guy also told me that if i gamble with those 300€ and win more they will also take it away so if you love yourself do not gamble on this scam of a casino because they will find 1000 reason to take your fair winnings away

I am filing this complaint against…

I am filing this complaint against SlotLords due to highly unfair business practices, misleading promotions, and a complete lack of customer support.
On Wednesday, SlotLords posted an official promo code for Free Spins, which was active for only about 30 minutes. As soon as I saw it, I tried to redeem it, but encountered an issue. I immediately contacted the live chat support within that 30-minute window while the promotion was still officially running.
Instead of helping me immediately, the chat agent brushed me off and told me to send an email to the support team, assuring me it would be handled. I did exactly that on Wednesday.
Since then, I have been completely ignored. No one has replied to my email. Today, I was finally told by the support that "all codes are gone/expired".
This is absolutely unacceptable. On Wednesday, when I contacted them, the codes were not gone. I was within the correct time frame. Because of the casino's slow internal processes and their choice to redirect me from live chat to email, I am now being denied a promotion that I was fully eligible for.
I request that SlotLords honors their promotion and credits the free spins (or an equivalent compensation) to my account, as the fault lies entirely with their support team.

Ich habe versucht, den Code einzulösen, und mich wegen eines Problems sofort innerhalb dieser 30 Minuten an den Live-Chat gewendet – also zu einem Zeitpunkt, als die Aktion noch offiziell lief. Die Codes waren am Mittwoch definitiv noch vorhanden.
Anstatt mir direkt zu helfen, hat mich der Chat-Mitarbeiter abgewimmelt und an den E-Mail-Support verwiesen. Man versicherte mir, dass sich darum gekümmert wird. Ich habe die E-Mail noch am Mittwoch abgeschickt.
Seitdem wurde ich komplett ignoriert. Bis heute hat niemand auf meine E-Mail geantwortet. Heute heißt es plötzlich vom Support, die Codes seien alle weg und abgelaufen.
Das ist absolut unfair. Dass die Codes heute weg sind, liegt nur daran, dass der Support mich am Mittwoch vertröstet und meine E-Mail tagelang ignoriert hat. Ich war pünktlich. Der Fehler liegt ganz klar beim Casino und dessen internen Abläufen.
Ich fordere, dass SlotLords die Promotion einhält und mir die Freispiele (oder eine entsprechende Entschädigung) gutschreibt, da ich mich rechtzeitig gemeldet habe.

I had a really bad experience with Slotlords. I was playing a slot machine and I turned on the higher chance of getting the man with the hat, like in the book of Ra. I did two spins and I got a full screen display of the man with the hat symbols and reached the maximum win of €25,000. Before that I already had €7,000, when I got to €40,000 they confiscated €37,500 and left me with €2,500. They said something about the bonus conditions, anything over €2,500 can be confiscated. I asked them many times to give me my logs, bonus activation time and bets, but they didn't give me the log information, now I can't even log in. Can anyone help me with my complaint? I would understand if they would just confiscate my biggest win of €25,000, leaving me with €2,500, but out of my €40,000 they confiscate €37,500, leaving me with only €2,500. AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT CASINO AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am posting an update to my previous review.

I accepted the AUD 1,000 settlement offer in good faith in order to resolve this matter, however I have still not received any confirmation or update regarding the payment.

It has now been over a month trying to resolve this issue. After raising concerns with the VIP manager, communication stopped. I then contacted customer support repeatedly over several days and was told each time that a response would be provided shortly, but no reply was received.

As shown in my account messages, I made multiple attempts to request contact with the VIP manager and follow up on the issue, but there has been no proper response.

Despite this, I continue to receive promotional messages and bonuses, which are unrelated to the agreed settlement.

I hope this matter is reviewed seriously and that the agreed resolution is honoured.

One of the worst online casinos I’ve ever used.

They failed to pay me out on a winning roulette spin. Went on live chat and emailed support, they didn’t even investigate it, just said that it was settled accordingly.

I then went on to my bet history, screenshotted it and also got the official result from Immersive Roulette and send it to support to demonstrate I was right and their system has messed up. Even then with proof, they still would not pay out.

Nothing but a scam. License reported and refund requested.

SLOTLORDS IS A SCAM

Avoid this casino, I am a silver tier vip who had all their benefits removed because of a high win and withdrawals. Every time I deposit there’s an issue with the bonuses I’m supposed to receive. They make you do a ridiculous amount of steps to verify that you basically just give up. Withdrawals are the same even verified I had to re verify only to get my total winnings returned to me
Multiple times. You can speak to countless support and even the “vip manager” all give different advice or info on how things are getting fixed. They are never going to be held accountable being in a different country and you will quickly see there predatory ways if you choose to WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE GRUBS.

These are the kinda people that ruin online gambling for the rest of us who legitimately want to play and enjoy ourselves on these sites.

Beware and don’t bother! Such a shame and waste! There’s no excuse for that behaviour, they’re just greedy scammers. Don’t be fooled!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. They do not pay out. Spent four hours uploading documents, spoke to four different people through that chat. They all give very different advice. I have uploaded every document you could and still no payout. It just comes back into your account so you spend it. Stay clear of this casino and all the others that take you to the same "Rapyd or StableTec" page when you deposit. If you can learn from this review, my lost funds won't be for nothing.
