Disappointing Experience and Concerning Practices
I joined their Discord server for the first time and was banned shortly after, apparently because I was also in another hosting company’s Discord. This came across as quite unprofessional to me.
From what I observed, the owner can be confrontational in interactions with other hosting communities. I also noticed some discussions suggesting they may be using Oracle Free Tier resources in their setup, though I can’t confirm the full details.
Overall, my experience left me with concerns about how this host operates, and I personally wouldn’t recommend them based on what I encountered.

Firstly, we haven't banned anyone on the 1st of September like your review claims. The only reason you may have been banned is for suspected spam/raid activity which keeps happening to us by competitors.
Secondly, we do not, and have never used Oracle Free Tier services for production/business related instances, all of our servers in which we sell to customers are using Netcup GmbH, you can check this yourself too.
Thirdly, we have checked our records of our Discord Server's Joins for the 1st September like you stated in your review, and it appears that no one has joined our Discord on that day.
Forth, we have checked your TrustPilot account, and it shows that you have also wrote another false negative review of another host previously, and therefore we believe that you have no real intention of writing realistic reviews based off real experiences.
Therefore, we believe that this review does not accurately reflect our services and customer service. If you would like to discuss this further please create a ticket on our discord server, or on our website.
Great service
Great service, Had struggle with navigating the panel so I opened a ticket, the owner responded within 10 minutes. Amazing support, Amazing service and amazing performance servers. I bought a 20gb plan and it so far hasn't had any issues.

A positive experience at very relaxing prices
Slothhosting is one of the hosting providers I wish I had used since long ago. I have worked in multiple minecraft servers as a server configurator since 5-6 years, and with that I have seen a lot of hosting services. However, ever since I have tried Slothhosting, my perspective has changed towards the other hosting providers(even though they all call themselves the best). If I really want to host a server network, a major factor of choosing a hosting provider is not just "being best" but being something which provides best services at the most affordable prices.

Great servers for cheap & easy to contact
Their Minecraft servers have really good performance and for cheap too. I find it really useful that they have a discord to be able to get quick help, advice and to get any questions I have answered
