Cost for parts, or items are high. Looking elsewhere for items has saved me a great deal. Like slingmods just too expensive

I've made several purchases from Slingmods, they ship quick. Everything ordered was simple to install since everything is cut to length. I've also sent emails requesting information and they responded quickly as well.

Battery with dual connectors and the battery came pre-charged! Great quality

Texting back and forth with customer service about an order I received. They had no problem Texting me right back until I asked about returning the sway bar and ordering a different one,they would not text me back anymore and wouldn't answer my texts which is the only way to reach them because they never answer the phone number listed online. Totally disappointed with service and won't order anything from them again.

They have a lot of parts to pick from there shipping is on tiime packaging is great always updating your order as needed two thumbs up

2013 Spyder RT - ordered their elite led headlight and fog light kits. Was notified by email when item shipped, no tracking number, 2 weeks later item arrives. Install went well and pleased with the light output but, the led drivers put out so much line noise my bike radio is pure static and unusable. Tried to call Slingmods, goes straight to voicemail, left message, no response. Emailed Sling mod and explained the issue and asked how to resolve it. Their response was to use bluetooth for music instead of the radio. Obviously had to install the bulbs to get them to work but no refundable once installed. Beware of their led kits. At least for my 2013 spyder after they "spent over a year researching" the best led conversion kit I guess they never tried to listen to music or weather. This was my first and last purchase and a costly mistake on my behalf ordering from them. At least the cupholder I ordered at the same time works.

Super responsive any time you have a question - they even called me to verify a purchase since I bought two of a particular item. They notified me that one of my orders wouldn't be available for about 10 days, but a few days later sent me notice of shipping - they got it in and back out to me that quick. Excellent choice of merchandise to choose from, and the website makes it super easy to browse and compare.

Sling mode is a great way to get things for your bike,I have a 2023 Ryker Rally and whenever I order stuff even though sometimes it’s a bit expensive but you get the best customer service support and if you don’t get what you ordered they will go above and beyond to help you get it right, Thank you guys for being real
