Slimcase Arvostelua 

(Iphone 13 pro max).It took 7 days before it gets delivered. I chatted the seller to get an update of who will be the third party courier that will deliver my order but the seller isn't helping. They will just advise you that they will follow up with the management but still no update for days. 7 days after Then my order arrived, charged once using magsafe charger and it starting to scratch. This case is just plastic nothing special. It scratches easily. It hasn't been 24 hours of using it but it got a lot of scratches. I am very careful and oz with my phone. This doesnt give any justice given that its expensive case. Chatted the seller about this but they just seen my messages. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

They saw my review and ask me if i could change it. Lol, no way! i want people to know how faulty their product and how lousy their cx service is. So Ive decided to replace the transparent case to a pro version and added extra cash as they can only replace the same item i ordered. 5 days later it arrived and to my surprise, they sent me an Iphone 13 pro case when i requested for a iphone 13 pro max! I chatted the seller right away and as usual, the seller was unapologetic. I am so disappointed! If you are planning to order, think multiple time if its worth it considering that the product is too pricey, bad cx service and the stress!

Please do not fall for the trap. The cases are thin, but not really transparent. They are extremely scratch prone...
I ordered for my galaxy s22 ultra and changed the cover after a week... even after i sent lics and raised a complaint, their reply was that its not scratch proof... and tat its plastic.. not worth 1.8k

Ordered Dec 20 and have been seeking for shipment updates since then, but to no avail. Good thing I had my order cancelled and got the full refund last Jan 13. Imagine getting no updates regarding your order as to the whereabouts? Slimcase sucks!

I bought a Slimcase cover for my green iPhone 11 Pro Max, in Frosted White, because on the website the image that appears is of a light white that shows the color and the Apple symbol. In reality, the cover I received is completely white, with about 90% opacity which makes it impossible to read both the color and the symbol. I wrote to the customer support to complain about what happened, because I based my purchase on the images on the site, they claimed that the cover is like this and that the symbol is not seen (the images on the site show something totally different) and sent real pictures of iPhones to try to corroborate the theory, but in all of them there is no reading, in other words, the same thing happens and what I claim is that the images they have on the site mislead the customer by showing a much lighter opacity.
I made contact on the day I received the cover (14/01/2023) and they said they would not exchange it, i.e., the 14 day warranty is a way to entice the customer, because in reality it is useless.
They gave me a solution to get another cover, this time totally transparent, for 5.95€. I asked for pictures, just as they had sent me for the previous answer, to ensure that this time the cover worked and until today I have not heard anything more. I'll be just one customer complaining in millions, but I would like to see my issue resolved.
For all that I describe above, I do not recommend this brand at all.

It's amazing how they try to throw sand in customers' eyes. You only replied to me the first time I contacted you. I have always been the one to contact you 3x more to try to resolve the issue and never got a response to those requests. I would like to see this resolved, but I'm honest that after the comments I read here the hope is almost zero.
Anyway I'm still waiting.

I really don't want something that is bulky for my phone. This slimcase is incredible. Has an amazing feel and my phone doesn't slip out of my hands. The only thing I personally didn’t enjoy is how difficult it is to remove the case everytime I need to clean my phone. Overall good quality phone case for a great price!

This is my second purchase with them. The item was outstanding. Packaging was good. Excellent delivery in Australia. I'm surprised to read some negative comments here, both of my purchases were completely satisfying. Or am I the lucky one?hahahahaha. Still a great company with me so far.

This is a gorgeous case, brand new. But over time, the case gets warped. They've replaced mine but the same thing happened afterwards. It gets so warped that the phone rattles inside the case. I experienced warping Oct 2022. Received replacement Nov 2022. Experienced warping AGAIN on Dec 2022.

They blamed it on heating, putting the phone on a clamp, and all sorts of reasons that are part of normal, day-to-day usage. Any phone will warm up when used frequently, or charged. But they also tell you to NEVER remove the case. So if you've got dust in there, you're screwed. You remove it, it will warp too.

Any other case is better, and much cheaper than this.

Plus if you give feedback or comment on their IG page or their homepage, over time, it gets deleted.

After several emails, company refuses to honor their advertised 14 day money back return policy. Buyer beware.

I ordered a slimcase for my iPhone 14 pro on September 15th 2022. They kept delaying because stock was not available in India warehouse, however they charged my card on September 15 2022 itself.

Since I got my iPhone after a couple days, I had to get a case from another brand since Slimcase didn't send me my case despite paying for it.

Kept following up, and even after more than 3 months since they charged money for the order, the case was 'not in stock' so they couldn't send my order. I said no issues, send me a costlier variant of the case that fits my phone and is in stock and since you aren't able to send me what I purchased, send me what you have in stock since it's been more than 3 months and you aren't able to deliver what I paid for.

And Slimcase shamelessly asked me to pay the price difference, despite it being their fault that they weren't able to send me what I paid for, for more than 3 months.

Slimcase sells cases for >~17USD, for a case that probably takes then a dollar a pop. Despite such huge margins, they failed to deliver, and acted petty when I asked them to send the item they had in stock because I can't keep waiting forever. How can one interpret such a petty business, will never be buying from them.

In short, I had to buy a case from another brand despite paying to slimcase, had to wait 3+ months and ended up getting a refund after deducting 0.87$ as processing fees.

Ended up waiting 3 months, locked up 23.85USD, and a loss of 0.87$ which they deducted while refunding. Pathetic experience.

It’s a great slimcase for your phone but not very durable, scratches super easily and definitely not worth the price. You’re better off getting a case from Spigen or otterbox. Wouldn’t buy again. I’ve also noticed for whatever reason the case is a bit warped.

I have only known SlimCase since last year. Only a short period of time yet they made me feel as if I'm a decade customer. Customer Service is 11/10. Product is 11/10. Looking forward to more transactions in the future. Keep it up!!!

I ordered my iPhone 14 pro cover and all I can say is wow what an awesome cover it fits perfectly and feels great. The service I received was faultless from the get go. I was able to track my order all the way. I would recommend this company and product to anyone who is looking for a decent cover and one that does not make your phone look bigger and feel bigger. Everything on point, great product and great customer support. I ordered the case to Portugal and it took about 18 days to arrive.

I just want to say that slimcase.co has best customer service ever, besides from always replying on my questions thru e-mail they explain the product very well. They respond excellently and they will contact you for the delivery. Delivery of the product was hands down as well. Thanks for the courier as well who attended to it. I really like the product very slim and it serves its purpose to protect the phone from scratches and dents, definitely a protection that looks like you don’t have a case cause its so slim and snug fit, all in all experience was a 5 star to me. :)

Highly recommend although its really expensive 😭. The packaging is cute and eco-friendly. The case is so slim that even sometimes it seems to me that I’m grabbing my bare phone hahahaha
