Habe die black Dragon Deck Box bestellt und bin absolut begeistert . Kahm auch innerhalb von 2 Wochen an was mich ebenfalls sehr überrascht hat . Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

I’ve been reaching out to this company for months now. They advertise a 15% discount off your first purchase if you sign up to their newsletter. Shipping to the UK is a flat rate of £17 which is extortionate so I signed up to the newsletter hoping to receive the code to take the sting out of my first purchase. I’ve tried multiple email addresses, waited, retried and it’s not sent me a code ever. Spoken with Sleevechief multiple times and they don’t care one bit, way to draw in new customers! 👏

All they have done is insult my intelligence by telling me that the code “always sends 🙏🏽
It more likely seems like that you already got it but in your spam 🙏🏽”

I can assure you I have checked my spam many times. After months of trying to get it sorted I’m giving up. Clearly they don’t want my custom, and based off the other reviews on here it looks like their customer service and shipping times (despite the price) is an abomination anyway.

The preparation of the shipment took a litlle bit too long (I ordered just 1 Deck Box) but I understand they received a lot of orders at that time. The product itself is faboulous

I’m sorry to have to write such a negative review because I was a satisfied customer. I have to give them credit for having great products, and their customer service used to be good. Once, they sent me too few sleeves, but they responded immediately to my complaint and refunded part of the purchase price. However, I’m no longer satisfied. I placed an order with a few colleagues in October (about 7 products, so a fairly large order). Unfortunately, one of the items was on pre-order. If we had known we’d have to wait until April (even though they promised March), we wouldn’t have ordered. Six months is way too long. When I asked if they could send the items that were in stock, they said no. I’m not satisfied, and what bothers me most is the intrusive advertising. I get a spam email once a day and ads on Instagram and YouTube. Clearly, too much money is going into marketing instead of the team that ships the products (they’re always overwhelmed by the current situation). I’m not satisfied and won’t be ordering from them again in the future.

Sehr Überrascht kam mein Paket schon nach 2 Tagen an, nicht so wie bei den meisten anderen, die z.B berichteten das sie 3 Monate warten mussten. Der Stoff und das Design sind einfach klasse und dadurch ist Sleevechief die beste Seite um sich sein Zubehör zu kaufen.

Prompt delivery and great quality

Ich habe mir 2 Ordner bestellt die vor 2 Tagen angekommen sind.
Die Ordner haben wirklich eine gute Qualität die auf dem Niveau von Ordnern von Ultra Pro sind. Teilweise sogar besser da bei denn Bestellten Ordnern die Nähte besser verarbeitet waren.
Jetzt kommt das ABER.
Ich habe gute 3,5 Monate auf die Ordner gewartet.
Grund dafür war das ich übersehen hatte das ein Artikel eine Pre-Order war. Also achtet unbedingt drauf ob in der nähe vom Preis oder auf dem Bild Pre-Order steht.
Ich hatte 2 wochen nach der Bestellung dem Support geschrieben. Die Antwort kam nach 2-3 Tagen.
Und hat mich darauf hingewiesen das ein Pre-Order Artikel bei der Bestellung dabei ist und der Artikel erst im März kommt.
Ich hab mich dann Mitte März nochmal erkundigt wie es mit der Bestellung aussieht und ich hab bescheid bekommen das es im Lager ist und so schnell es geht verschickt wird.
Nach 3 oder 4 Tagen kam dann die Versand Bestätigung.

Achso und vielleicht auch für einige Leute wichtig ... man bekommt nur Antworten auf Englisch aber es ist kein Problem den auf Deutsch zu schreiben.
Zumindest hatte es bei mir keine Probleme gegeben.

Also zusammenfassend ... bei mir war alles soweit okay.
Allerdings hab ich das Gefühl man muss da schon etwas hinterher sein um dann auch seine Bestellung zu bekommen.

Ob ich dort nochmal bestellen würde weiß ich erlicherweise nicht zu 100% wobei eben die Qualität der Ordner echt gut ist.
Wenn man sich von anfangan drauf einstellt das es einige Monate dauern kann aber man dann ein Gutes Produkt bekommen finde ich kann man dort durchaus bestellen.

The deck box I ordered is exceptional I took it to a major tournament literally the next day after receiving it. During that event, multiple people asking me about the deck box. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase.

I’m a big fan of sleevechief I have bought many of their products in the past, but this was the first time me ever purchasing a deck box and I must say the Darkness deck box was amazing. It was everything as advertised and if they continue this theme of deck boxes, they’ll definitely keep getting more money from me. However, I will say this though and this really isn’t on sleevechief but I’ve had a terrible experience with UPS delivering my order. They had delivered my package to a the wrong address and after multiple calls with customer service, I could not get anyone to find or locate my package thankfully, though after four days of thinking, my package was lost. Someone finally called me and said they had my order and I had to travel myself to go pick up my order. Like I said this is not sleevechief fault this is really UPS‘s fault. Overall, though if you’re looking for amazing TCG products sleep chief is the best. Please keep up the great work chief.
