Sleepyhead Arvostelua 3

Purchased an $8000 sleepyhead mattress as we were desperately looking for a good sleep however after just a few months indents were beginning to show and by the 6 month mark indents were 2-3 inches deep so we contacted sleepyhead so they could remedy it. They came back and told us this was normal wear and would not be replacing it. We followed all care instructions ie rotating the mattress regularly and neither of us are overweight so this kind of deterioration is completely unacceptable.

This has cost us countless restless nights and physio/massage bills to correct shoulder and neck pain that will likely continue as sleepyhead won’t come to the table with a reasonable fix.

Avoid this brand like the plague they are overpriced low quality junk

The most ridiculous service I have had. Purchased one of their top range pillows and it comes with a 3 year warranty.

It it not even close to 3 years and I reached out to Bed R Us and they said we need to reach out to Sleepyhead.

This pillow doesn’t do what it’s meant to do and they don’t honour the warranty instead make excuses. This warranty is just a marketing stunt. Absolutely the worst to deal with.

After years of travelling and sleeping on cheaper mattresses we decided to invest in a good mattress. We spent quite a bit and bought the extra mattress protector so that we could benefit if we changed our minds/the mattress wasn't right.

The mattress took months to arrive and we had to continually chase up to see where it was.
Since sleeping on the mattress i've had the worst sleep and now have shoulder issues as a result. I had better sleep in the tent over the summer on a foam roller and have even taken to sleeping on the couch every night as i just can't take it anymore. My husband has also found the mattress very disappointing.

We asked to return the mattress and were given the option only to swap for which we would have to pay an additional fee $150 on top of the already ridiculously high price of the very average mattress protector. When we went in to the store the staff were very rude and recommended a mattress that was double the price or a mattress that was the more budget option that would still cost us an additional $1000. They then went on to recommend a mattress topper. Honestly i didn't think i'd have to buy a mattress topper after paying such a high price for a mattress.

Seriously the beds in Sleepyhead are so much firmer at home than in the store and truly not worth it. There are so many other companies that offer better mattresses at a much lower price. Take your money elsewhere!
