I ordered 2 pillows not knowing if my husband would like his … needless to say we both love them! I have slept so well with my pillow since the first night. No neck pain and stays in shape.
I have bought 4 more for my son and his family for Christmas! I sure hope they like them as much as I do,

I try a lot of brands and do my research before purchasing. The Sleepgram comforter is an excellent product! It is as fluffy as a cloud, keeps the perfect temperature and is completely washable. I have bought three so far, one for our king bed, one for the guest room, and one for my daughter as a gift. More than satisfied!

Your product is exceptional! I have been using your pillow for approx. a year now, but ordered two more:
1 for my wife - 1 for my RV.

One of the most complicated, worst pillows I’ve ever had. I sleep OK on it and have had it for quite a while now. However, it is almost impossible to put both the red and blue insert in at once, without it being lumpy, and to easily get the cover over it. Literally wore myself out trying. And the blue answer is like a joke. It’s like a pancake. There is really no way to have both inserts in there.

I love my Sleepgram pillow and pillow case. I have ordered a lightweight comforter with a violet duvet cover for me. Also, the knee supports. Can’t wait to get them. They are on their way! I also got a lightweight comforter for my son and daughter-in-law as a “thank you” for all the help they have given me during my recent surgery. Sleepgram is awesome!

First I wanted the pillows, then the sheets then the comforter! The pillows are wonderful. The sheets sleep like hotel sheets they stay tight on your bed. I haven’t used my Comforter yet I’m saving it for spring.. I’m in love!

Ordered this product on 30 August got an email saying it shipped out the next day but the email never showed any progress from the warehouse when I finally reached out someone said that they didn’t understand why it hasn’t left the warehouse and that they would ship out another order than the original order ended up being at my local UPS store, but you guys had asked for that to be returned to you and still nothing on the second order that was now for five days in so I contacted customer service and they said that the second order was canceled for some reason so I still haven’t received these pillows!!!!!

I am in love with the lightweight comforter! I have both but Perferred the lightweight comforter!

As with the first time I ordered Sleepgram pillows, I was kept informed. I love my pillows and actually ordered a set for a friend. Best pillows I have ever tried and I've tried most of them out there.

I love everything I ordered. The sheets and pillows are soft and comfortable. I am always feeling like I’m sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend this company. Comfort and quality are the main factors I purchase.

I have not received my order which was shipped on 8/2. This was ordered for my son’s college dorm out of state and he moves in 3 days. I have not received any updates on where this order is and why it has not been received. Very disappointed!

You've asked me at least 4 times. I can't do this in 1 minute, so, finally, here you go:
I got my Sleepgram pillows in June, I think. Used the fluffy zipper part and the fatter of the two inserts. Didn't work for me -- too flat. BUT of course the whole thing won't work in a standard pillow case, as you well know, so I ordered two of your wider cases.

I waited a month and then got in touch with you to say the pillow cases I'd ordered and for which you'd received payment had never arrived. You said "oops." In about 2 weeks I received the pillow cases.

Then I started trying out various combinations. The whole thing (zippered fluffy case with both inserts) was way too fat for me, even though I'm a side sleeper. Big disappointment. Then I tried various other combinations.

What I finally ended up with is both inserts in my standard pillowcase (not yours). This seems to be what works for me. I was always seduced by the lovely feel of the filling for your pillows -- so soft and silky. (I have given one of my fluffy zippered cases to a neighbor whose pillow has about given out, but most pillows are not flat enough for him. This seems to work for him. Hah. Everyone is different!)

Anyway, I'll probably order 2 more pillows at some point when I can come up with the much more money now that I'm not a first-time buyer! Want to have them for when my children come to visit. One lives a continent away and one an ocean away.

I have neck issues from a car accident years ago. I have tried every kind of pillow made... none of them worked for me... always had neck pain. My SIL recommended I give the Sleepgram a try. I did and it was the BEST decision I could have made! Finally a pillow I can sleep on and not wake up during the night with neck pain. I purchased my pillows like 2 years ago. Now I just purchased 4 more pillows for my guest beds. Love the different options Sleepgram pillows give you!

I am so disappointed with the sheets I ordered. I ordered the California king sheets, they were the poorest quality that I’ve ever seen; not only did you send me the wrong color ( I ordered purple, what I got was cobalt blue) definitely not as pictured. These sheets had loose stitches on the corners to where it was unraveling and there were strings ( loose and attached) the sheets were covered with white lint, and strings and it was all folded up inside the sheets as well before packaging. I just bought California king sheets ( jersey knit, like a t’shirt. Amazing!! From Walmart for way, way, way less than what I paid for these awful sheets. They looked like they were on the floor of whatever sweat shop they were sewn in then put in a a fancy sleep number bag and shipped without even cleaning them off. The worst thing was they were completely ill fitting, which brings me back to why I paid so much for these sheets. I really thought they would fit the bed perfectly since they are made exclusively for the sleep number beds. Seriously! Sleep number!! Do better!! Stop 🛑 taking advantage of people. These are hard times. I had to save a while just to get these disappointing disaster you call sheets. They were for my birthday 😡 I’ve never been happy with the 10.0000 bed either. The remote is always malfunctioning and the air bag on my left keeps loosing air. People come and fix it then it does the same thing all over again. Unhappily yours, Jennifer Hulbert
