Sleep Beds 

Ordered a bed frame and mattrass, mattrass dipped on first use. They agreed to replace the item but one month later zero communication. Their website is non-existent suggested they've folded the company, but will reopen with a new name.

Terrible service ordered a bed and never arrived no one responds to emails or answers the phone don’t order from this place it’s shocking still waiting for a refund since Feb!

Great firm mattress. Some postcodes take a long time. Waited 24 days but this is the 4th mattress I’ve bought from here so all the bedrooms now have same ones as they’re that good (all Kew Ones) so I knew it’d take a while so knew not to discard old mattresses until they arrived (worth the wait)
They did rearrange delivery twice after original date given but was well informed and delivery drivers are nice!

Paid my bed in full January 27th 2025 I've tried several times to contact store no reply sadly I think I've been scammed

Absolutely awful service from this company do not purchase anything! Ordered a bed on 23rd Jan, delivery date estimated was initially 27th Feb, then 7th March, then the delivery date said "awaiting date" and still does now. Can't get a decent answer through customer service, was just told three times that delivery was delayed and I'd be updated. Not once has an update come! Seen plenty of reviews saying it's a scam so pretty sure the 5* reviews are fake!

This is a scam website they keep putting your order delivery back then when you cancel they tell you to claim the money from your credit card. SCAMMER

Absolute scam if you want a bed don't shop here total shambles trying to get your money back

Brought a bed, ment to be heavy duty, however after 1 month the base collapsed emailed and have phoned… considering it’s got a 2 year warranty no one is answering, not impressed, child left without a bed.. have written a second email and then will report to trading standards

Despite 3-10 days delivery it was 5 weeks before I was told it would be delivered. And then it was delivered to the wrong address. The person at that address denied having the bed but the location indicator shows that's where it was delivered. I phoned Sleep Beds and Zenith Delivery this morning and despite trying for an hour no one answered the phone. Emailed them and I got a warning Zenith is a junk address. Sleep Beds have not responded to me. Scam company, I am out of pocket and no bed!

Placed an order on 8th January, cancelled on 6th February due to appalling communication and customer service. I was assured my refund would take 10-15 working days but still not received (24th March). They will not reply to any of my emails and they constantly reject my calls! Avoid this company at all costs!!!! I have now contacted Financial Ombudsman.

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
I placed an order for a bed on the 26th DECEMBER 2024. After a chain of well over 30 emails trying to find out where the bed is, on the 23rd February I managed to speak to someone on the phone who agreed to cancel the order and refund me.
They said refund can take 10-15 working days. Over a month later I have still not received my refund of over £300 so I am out of pocket and no bed.
Can’t get through on the phone to them as on hold for 30+minutes and no response from emails.
Utterly disgraceful service and I urge anyone thinking of buying off sleepbeds to think again.

2nd bed we have bought a d it's fabulous

Ordered a bed 17th January but still not arrived. Received email from courier advising they would be in touch when delivery date confirmed then nothing. I have contacted several times and received what I would regard as nonsense reasons for failure to deliver (roadworks on industrial estate preventing deliveries and then packaging issues). To be fair they have responded every time I contacted them but mostly with further stalling tactics. I ordered from this company as ordered bed approx 2 years ago and had no problem. Anyways today I have given up and requested a chargeback through my bank. I’ve tried to call to cancel but was on hold for an hour with nothing happening. Avoid at all costs!!!!

SHOCKING COMPANY (if at all)
Placed order, was told 10-15 working day. Kept being delayed... cancelled order and requested refund... was told told would receive it within 10-working days... still not received... passed SCAM to bank to resolve. Would NEVER recommend!!

Delivery took a month not 10 days, bought the heavy-duty divan bedframe, it's weak and flimsy, after just a week there a massive dip in both divan boards and the mattress i paid extra to get a premium memory foam one, it has completely collapsed, going to have to buy a new frame and mattress after just a month of usage, worst company imaginable, avoid avoid avoid

Initial response and experience fine.
However the bed was delivered faulty and despite several communications over the past few months there have been no sensible replies to my replacement bed situation - only deflecting excuses.
Despite apparently recent Trustpilot reviews indicating that the company is still operational, the Sleepbeds website is not available and the company are not answering the telephones (sales or support). I suspect that the company may have gone out of business! Beware!

Please please please do not order from them, they said my bed would be here in a week and it never showed up. I rang the company and after ages on hold they said I'd get it early the following week. I waited all that week and still not co tact or bed so I called up that Friday, they said they're having packaging issues and have been experiencing this for months. Why say my bed would be delivered again. Ugh I asked for a refund and said would get it in 10 working days I DID NOT get my refund. So the bank sorted it out for me. They must have gone under or something? They are also known to write fake trust pilot reviews. All this time I'm disabled and sleeping on the floor on an air mattress. The woman on the phone had no compassion at all. Just save your money please.

Matress never arrived, when trying to contact with company getting total ignore of them, finally after month I had an emai saying they got problems with delivery services. Been asked for refund and got another email saying refund system is not working at the moment. Don't order anything from this scams.

Told I would get a delivery date, I didn't receive one, this is a month later since placing the order. Tried to call them and they don't answer the phone. Emailed them and they do not reply. Terrible service, do not use this company I have no idea where my mattress or refund is!
